Royal living

The place was very clean, and well put together. You can tell from walking in that the owner Invested well in the property. The communication was Awesome. He responding Immediatley when I reached out to him. I give give it a 10 out of 10, and the location is Awesome. I highly recommend this property!

A memorable stay in Raleigh, NC

The facility was well prepared and organized for our arrival. Also through out the reservation up to our arrival, the host kept quick and straight communication with us. The check-in process was also very easy and the host prepared everything we needed.The location of the facility also very great. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and with great views.The only only thing we'd recommend to host to improve upon will be maybe place a few more bottled waters in the fridge for guests. Beyond that, this facility is as great and comfortable as you can wish for when you are on a vacation.

Great place to stay!

Eric was a wonderful host and I would absolutely stay at his property again. I stayed there for 10 days and Eric checked on me frequently to ensure I had everything I needed. Anyone looking to stay in the Raleigh area should check out this property.

Another wonderful stay!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and it wont be our last! Everything was great. Comfortable beds and very quiet and peaceful. We will return. Highly recommend.

5 star home away from home

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family close by. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to grocery stores, Costco, and a few restaurants. Home itself is very clean and cozy, enough room for extended stay. Beds were very comfortable. We've already booked for our next stay over the holidays!

Nice getaway while on business

Honestly I was a little nervous based on the description. Untill I finally saw it in action. It’s cute, cozy, spacious and just what I needed. The owner answered and responded to all my questions. If I have to DJ near Raleigh again I would love to stay here again.

Stylish and clean

My friends and I had a great time! I was at first surprised to learn the suite was in a residential house in a neighborhood—I had assumed it was an apartment of some sort, even though it is called accurately called a suite in the listing and not an apartment—but that never affected our privacy. It’s a completely separate living space with sound proof walls. And it actually felt very safe as the neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood. My friends and I ate at a Yemeni restaurant not too far away and spent a beautiful afternoon at Lake Benson.

Great for independent travel!

I highly recommend staying at Eric's VRBO. The work they've done inside their suites is beautiful and very unique. It is a bit further than couple minutes from the airport. Based on Google maps it took about 30 minutes. A trick for whenever you need to leave the suite is to enter into the main hall and wait for the lock to auto lock. Uber, ubereats, Lyft, doorsash, Instacart, etc can easily find the address. I was even able to have a package delivered for when I got there! Overall a great experience!

Adorable.

My only challenge was not realizing you entered the unit through the owner’s residence front door. When I arrived at the address, I assumed I was not at the correct address. I reached out to Eric and he quickly responded and provided the subdivision’s name finding out, after all, I was at the correct address.

Quiet Safe & Beautiful

Let me start by saying that i very rarely give a 5 star rating. With that being said, 5 Stars goes to this beautiful place. Everything was amazing. You feel comfortable, safe and relax. The pictures does not give this place justice. The owners thought about every detail for your comfort. We had pool access, areas to walk, not far from activities in the community. We definitely will be staying here again. The owner was very nice. There was a glitch in sending me entrance information. Due to system issues. But he found how to contact me and send me all the information. Awesome!

Communication was very good and the apartment was very comfortable. We loved the little kitchen that is fully stocked with good pots and pans (not the usual scratched teflon second had crap of most places)
