Belleair Beach 2 Bedroom Condo On The Beach
2 bedroom 1 bath condo located at Nautical Watch Resort. Uniquely situated in a residential community, enjoy the peace and quiet this small scale beachfront resort offers. Sand Key Park is few minutes away, as is Clearwater Beach. The property has a heated pool, hot tub, laundry facility, BBQ area and Wifi. The sand is just a few steps from your door. Accommodates 6 - there is a queen bed in first bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Please see the YouTube link for interior tour (it is at the end of the photo gallery). Nautical Watch is a timeshare resort and this unit is only available for the dates posted. Please see our other VRBO listings for other availability.
A credit card and signature will be required at check-in. A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $35.00 which will cover $1000.00 worth of damage and is mandatory for all reservations and is paid at the front desk when you check in.
