Nice new chalet in a very quiet wooded environment in the countryside.
Located near the beaches of Merville Franceville and Cabourg (10 min) and historical sites of the D-Day (Pegasus Bridge, Ouistreham, Caen Memorial ...)
This chalet of 40 m2 offers a bright living room with kitchenette and living room overlooking 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower. You have a terrace, and a private parking.

Schönes Chalet mit großer Wiese
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber Eric ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Chalet ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und gut aufgeteilt. Highlight war für uns die große Wiese, die die Kinder zum Spielen nutzen könnten.

Super vacances
Nous avons passé deux semaines formidable, dans le calme et malgré le temps mitigé au début très reposant. Avec le beau temps la deuxième semaine nous avons pu découvrir les magnifiques paysages de la Normandie en vélo. Le petit chalet est très sympa avec tout le confort qu'on se peut imaginé, j'adorais. Éric était disponible pour toute les questions et très gentil. Merci 😊

Une semaine avec nos deux petites-filles, qui ont bien apprécié le jardin. Très bien situé pour les balades. Propriétaire à l'écoute, très bienveillant avec les enfants. Gîte bien agencé, petit espace mais suffisant compte tenu de l'extérieur.

Gemütliches Häuschen, wir empfehlen es gern weiter.
Wir waren zwei Wochen da, zu Dritt, das passt auf jeden Fall. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Sehr netter und diskreter Vermieter, das Objekt ist absolut reinlich. Schöner großer Garten lädt zum draußen sitzen und spielen ein. Einzig das WiFi funktioniert wirklich schlecht, das wäre aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig. „Meer- und Strandnähe“, wie es im Inserat heißt, bedeutet 15min Autofahrt, das ist aber in Ordnung. Bavent ist ein gemütliches Örtchen mit Bäcker, Post, Apotheke, Pizzeria. Man kann gut abschalten.

Rustige mooie plek, klein huis
We hebben vanuit dit huis diverse fietstochten op onze e-bikes gedaan. Omgeving heel mooi. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Huisje staat in (heel grote) tuin van verhuurder. Veel rust en ruimte! Huis is vrij klein en onhandig is dat de kamers allemaal een hoge drempel hebben (ook de badkamer). Gasstel lastig bereikbaar (je staat om een hoekje te koken). Maar wel goed bruikbaar. Fijne koelkast. Met 4 personen wordt het krap lijkt het. Voor 2 prima te doen !

Super Ferienhaus im Grünen
Sehr praktisches und ruhiges Ferienhaus, wo man morgens toll in der Sonne auf der Terrasse frühstücken kann. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!!!

Der Vermieter kann kein Wort englisch aber mit Google translator ging das schon. Im Häuschen roch es stark (nach Schimmel, den wir aber so an den Wänden nicht gesehen haben). Für nur zum schlafen ist das Häuschen top. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. UND es hat sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner

Himmlische Ruhe in Bavent
Meine Frau und ich hatten drei wunderbare Urlaubswochen, bei denen alles gestimmt hat. Die Begrüßung durch Herrn Poupinel war überaus freundlich. Das allein stehende Häuschen unter alten Eichen ist ein Gedicht. Der Standort ist günstig für Ausflüge in die ganze Normandie. Die Natur ist zum Teil spektakulär und kulturell ist ja auch jede Menge geboten. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! PS: Leider können wir kein Französisch und der Vermieter kein Englisch. Mit Hilfe elektronischer Medien war das aber kein wirkliches Problem. G+E aus Stuttgart
