THE APARTMENT features ample room to spread out and relax, with two levels of living space and a stunning balcony that overlooks the famed Eiffel Tower. Relax in the expansive living area with sofa bed, oak parquet floors, an antique decorative fireplace and an inviting décor. Or step into the posh dining area with ample room for six. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, with top-quality appliances and plenty of room to spread out and get creative. Upstairs, guests can retreat to one of the Bordeaux’s two luxurious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an extra-wide queen bed and a cozy second bedroom with two single beds that can be combined to form one bed. Two bathrooms, including an en suite master bathroom with dual sinks and shower. In typical European style, the toilet and sink are located in a separate powder room. These luxuries complete the relaxing and perfectly refined atmosphere, allowing guests to simply sink into their surroundings and unwind after a fun day of exploring Paris’ innumerable sites. In addition there are 3 large mobile air conditioners to keep you cool.

PLEASE NOTE that the bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.

There is an elevator to the property. Internal spiral stairs (13 steps) are steep and require extra caution when navigating to the second level. The property is not handicap accessible.

Mobile A/C units in the living room and bedrooms that vent through a special hole in the window.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.

Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.
