The unusual layout of the space on three levels allows you to enjoy beautiful spacious and modern rooms. Schönes Loft mit guter Lage zu Carantec

wir waren im Juli 2023 mit Freunden in Carantec. Unweit von der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Strand, in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Carantec ist ein charmantes Städtchen bzw. Badeort und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen direkt vor Ort und in der Umgebung (Morlaix, Roscoff ca. 30min Autofahrt) Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in der oberen Etage des großen Werkstatt-Hauses, wobei alle Zimmer außer den WCs zur Strasse hin ihre Fenster haben. Die Wohnungsinhaber sind sehr nett und die Übergabe war reibungslos. Gelegen ist das Haus an einer Hauptstrasse welche aber nicht sonderlich verkehrsreich ist und nachts auch mit offenem Fenster ertragbar ist. Von der Werkstatt für Oldtimer bekommt man fast gar nichts mit, man hat als Bewohner seine Ruhe. Das Zentrum von Carantec samt Bäckereien ist in knapp 30min zu Fuß erreichbar, oder mit dem kostenlosten Bus, welcher in der Hauptsaison aller 20min am Haus vorbei fährt (nächste Haltestelle ca. 50m entfernt). Der nächste Supermarkt (Casino) ist mit dem Auto in ca. 4min erreichbar. Man hat also alles vor Ort.

Maison propre et agréable. Les photos correspondent au bien mis en location. Nous avons bien apprécié le local en rdc pour mettre les affaires de plage et autres bagages. Propriétaire très réactive aux demandes. Seul petit bémol : le logement est situé au dessus d'un ancien garage. Même si des aménagements ont été effectués pour essayer de faire oublier ce point, nous avons eu un petit peu d'activité du garage pendant nos 4 semaines de séjour. Le propriétaire est resté toutefois hyper discret et cela ne nous a jamais gêné au cours du séjour

Excellente location

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est superbe, les photos correspondent au produit, belles prestations, les pièces sont grandes, propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent très bien. Les propriétaires sont d’une grande gentillesse et attentionnés. La maison est à 5 mns à vélo du centre ville , 10 mns à pieds de la plage de Le Clouet,... Carantec est très jolie et coup de cœur évidemment pour l’île Callot . On reviendra avec grand plaisir

Location pratique

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. (A vrai dire, dans la mesure où, pour nous, il s'agissait d'un logement d'appoint utilisé uniquement la nuit pour héberger des invités au mariage de mon fils, mon avis n'a pas grand intérêt pour une utilisation normale.) Pour des vacances, l'emplacement ne me conviendrait pas, mais pour l'usage que nous avions de la location, nous en avons été très satisfaits (amabilité et disponibilité de la propriétaire, confort, état et propreté des lieux).

Lovely,modern,spacious,beautiful accomodation and good location for visiting local places

We stayed in this beautiful loft as a family of 6. 4 adults, 2 teenagers. It was very clean,modern,spacious and in a superb location. It was also a benefit to have two shower rooms and toilet facilties. Also the owners were very kind and helpful to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

MAGNIFIQUE APPARTEMENT !

Très bel appartement situé à proximité de la mer. Grande pièce de vie, claire et bien agencée. 3 chambres, toutes spacieuses, avec 2 salles de bains et 2 WC ( très appréciable lorsque l'on est nombreux). Le parking privé et fermé est également un plus. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location et sommes prêts à y revenir à l'occasion de prochaines vacances dans la région.
