We offer for rent our completely renovated apartment in a private residence in Platja d'Aro at 200m from the beach and 100m from the city center.
The residence has 2 swimming pools, a playground for children with swings, slides, basketball court, football and petanque. There is also free parking.

The apartment of about 90m2 includes a large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with closet and 2 bathrooms. It is on the 1st floor with elevator, the terrace of approximately 15m2 overlooks the pools.
Shops and restaurants are located not far from the residence (about 150 meters)

appartement refait à neuf MAIS ....

l'appartement en lui même est très bien refait, avec gout et modernisme. En revanche, nous avons du le quitter dès la première nuit a cause d'une odeur de remonté d'égout absolument abominable, et nous avons trouvé en urgence un autre logement sur platja. Un autre point à savoir, est que l'appartement est situé à l'extreme limite de la ville, pour ceux qui connaissent, c'est après la fête foraine. faisable à pied mais difficilement plusieurs fois dans la journée sous la chaleur estivale.

Super séjour

Très bon accueil par le propriétaire . L'appartement est propre, agréable, fonctionnel et bien situé (pas loin de la plage et du centre ville). Résidence idéale pour des vacances en famille car parfaite pour des enfants. Je recommande vivement cette location!
