Surrounded by olive groves, desolate and forest this beautiful stone house has just been completed. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a modern fitted kitchen and large terrace. Outside large swimming pool with deckchair and umbrella, pool house, 2 nd outdoor terrace, and private parking.
Close to all commerce, restaurant, cinema and markets.

Située dans une partie calme de l'Ardèche sans etre toutefois tres loin des villes de ravitaillement ou de visite, cette grande maison de famille est parfaite pour se ressourcer avec un propriétaire proche mais Des plus discret. L hébergement est propre et bien rénové et très calme Le plancher rafraîchissant fonctionne bien La vue est magnifique la terrasse est fonctionnelle Francis est disponible La Literie est correcte La piscine bien qu éloignée de 150 m est bien entretenue Il manque peu être un peu d ombre à la piscine La vie dans le gîte est à l étage Le barbecue est au rdc, pas de jardin

très bon séjour au milieu des vignes
Nous avons passé·e·s un très bon séjour. Francis nous a présenté avec passion sa magnifique maison rénovée c'est un hôte accueillant. La situation est suffisamment excentrée pour être au calme au milieu des oliviers et des vignes sans pour autant être trop loin des activités. Une adresse que nous gardons pour de futurs séjours en Ardèche.

Een heerlijk verblijf om ontspanning, rust en uitstapjes te combineren
We hebben ontzettend genoten van de omgeving, het huis en de natuur. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! In de tijd voor aankomst was het contact met de eigenaar, Francis, prima. Hierdoor was voor ons duidelijk wat we konden verwachten. Bij aankomst zijn we uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, Francis. We zijn goed en uitgebreid rondgeleid. Francis was altijd bereikbaar en verleende, indien nodig, snel en vriendelijk service. Hij had zelfs internet geregeld! Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor we echt hebben kunnen ontspannen. Door de rustige omgeving was het voor onze kinderen (7 en 4 jaar) ook heerlijk om buiten te kunnen spelen. Het zwembad werd iedere dag goed gebruikt! Met ligbedden langs de kant en parasols, was het top! We hebben verschillende uitstapjes gemaakt (grotten, kastelen, dorpjes, markten). Door de ligging is de reisafstand / reistijd goed te doen. Wij raden dit huis zeker aan aan anderen.

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das alte Steinhaus liegt sehr idyllisch etwas außerhalb vom Ort mit Blick ins Tal über Weinberge zwischen Olivenbäumen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu renoviert. Den großen Pool nebenan am Haus des Vermieter haben wir viel genutzt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Verständigung auf Englisch war reibungslos. In der Umgebung gibt in unglaublich viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Wandern, Höhlen und die kleinen umliegenden Städte besichtigen, Kanu fahren auf der Ardeche oder ihren Zuflüssen). Sehr zu empfehlen!

Niet overeenkomstig met de advertentie!
Helaas bleek de woning niet overeenkomstig met de advertentie. Zo is er géén 3e badkamer waar wij specifiek op gekozen hebben. Toen wij de eigenaar daarop aanspraken bood hij een badkamertje in een afgesloten deel van het huis aan wat vol stond met privé spullen en bovendien niet schoon was. Ook bleken de vrienden van de eigenaar die in het huis van de eigenaar verbleven terwijl hij op vakantie was, gebruik te maken van zowel het poolhouse als het zwembad waardoor onze privacy erg in het gedrang kwam. Ook het feit dat deze mensen daar rookten ondanks onze vraag dit niet te doen was heel vervelend. Wij hadden het huis op basis van privé gebruik geboekt waarwij we ons realiseren dat de eigenaar zelf af en toe gebruik zou maken. Een vervelende situatie. Ook over bed- en badlinnen is slecht gecommuniceerd. Het is niet of in ieder geval niet voldoende in de woning aanwezig. De handdoeken die er waren zijn oud en versleten. Dat er geen wifi aanwezig is in zo'n huis voor deze prijs is eigenlijk ook niet acceptabel. Helaas was de eigenaar totaal niet bereid om met ons tot een compromis te komen. Hij gaf aan dat op de Franse site de info wel correct staat. Bij nakijken blijkt dat echter niet het geval! Wij huren al ruim 20 jaar huizen via eerst VAF, later Basic Travel en nu Vrbo maar hebben dit nog niet eerder mee gemaakt. Teleurstelllend!

Roseries was a great stay
Welcoming, friendly and informative our host was everything we needed. The apartment is well equipped, modern, with Great views over the countryside. We enjoyed cycling, walks, visits to local towns and the swimming pool!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Steinhaus ist aber nagelneu hergerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Für uns zwei war sie am Anfang fast zu groß, wir haben es aber verstanden sie so zu nutzen, dass wir uns schnell an die Größe gewöhnt haben. Der Pool befindet sich neben dem neuen Haus des Besitzers ca. 150 m weg, was absolut kein Problem darstellt, wir hatten ihn zur Alleinnutzung, obwohl F. uns versichert hat, dass er auch ab uns zu den Pool benutzen würde. Herrliche, ruhige und zum Entspannen geeignete Lage. Was aber bedeutet das Fahrrad (Rückweg geht den Berg hoch) oder das Auto zum Bäcker und Einkaufen nutzen zu müssen. F. ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und hat uns auch an seinem Garten partizipieren lassen, wir durften sogar Kastanien mit nach Deutschland nehmen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen wenn wir uns in dieser schönen Ecke von Frankreich aufhalten werden. Grüße R. und C.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille au calme des vacances reposantes L'appartement propre spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. On avaient accès tous les jours à la piscine. Le propriétaire une personne très agréable Je recommande cette location beaucoup de visite à faire dans la région Nous y retournerons très certainement pour des prochaines vacances

Du positif et rien d'autre
Mes deux enfants et moi-même avons été reçu par le propriétaire qui a été durant tout notre séjour un hôte de qualité, tant par sa gentillesse que par ses conseils et sa personne. Je recommande également l'hébergement localisé dans un endroit reposant, à l'écart de la circulation avec un accès rapide aux commerces de première utilité. Nous y retournerons certainement.
