You will 💙 the quietness, serenity, and the 2 beautiful outside decks(one of which is covered). It has an awesome fire pit (free firewood)🔥 in the backyard to complete the evening under the stars. With so much to do at The Lake or to do nothing but relax, this place can accommodate you and your guests anytime of the year.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, and a Hide a Bed, (sleeps 6). It also has a very spacious kitchen and open living room for all your entertainment needs. This place provides you with Everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. Travel light... All you need to bring is clothes, food, and drinks and your good. Our true home away from home

We are so comfortable here, while we are staying we refer to it as going hoe when we are away. Even our dog feels at home and recognizes it when we arrive as a safe place. As usual the location was ready and inviting and we hated leaving.

Stayed at a second rental of the same VRBO owner we've stayed before. Did not disappoint. Rentals are sooo clean and everything is there that you could possibly need. Communication was great from booking to checking out.

Pancake Day 75th Anniversary in Centerville, Iowa

First time renting RRR and all I can say is Thank You for being the best hostess and opening your home to travelers to the area! There is nothing that you'll need; just your clothes! Randy has everything from q-tips to ketchup! Personal products to snacks and wine! A well mixture of different coffee pods too! There's so much more that Randy has for his renters!

Favorite stay!!!

We have been staying around Rathbun lake now for around 6 years. This was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. When it says all you need to bring is food and drinks that’s exactly what it means. Randy goes above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking this from here on out if it’s available

We were so excited when we arrived. It is very neat and clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Randy checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. We were close to the lake. Never felt more comfortable in an unfamiliar place and Randy is the host that everyone is looking for when it comes capitalizing on a getaway. We had a good time and will be back again. Was just as described. Randy was prompt whenever i reached out. The location wasn't far from the lake. Information on the area, property was in a binder as you arrived. A nice welcome note and snacks eere provided. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and anything you needed along with seasonings, condiments etc. I can't say enough about this rental. We will be back!

This particular property is within an eighth of a mile from my current residence. That makes me readily available for any questions or concerns. I have lived here for 20 years and have great insight on all attractions around the area. It has a wonderful open kitchen that you'll absolutely fall in love with as well as a spacious living room. With a backyard firepit, ( including FREE Firewood) you will enjoy the quietness and not to mention all of the beautiful stars. This is a Pet Friendly property as well.
