We are very happy to welcome you in our cottage "high oak", nestled among green oaks in a protected natural environment and surrounded by vineyards.
The field located in CAUX near Pézenas, is isolated but is less than 5 minutes from all amenities. You will be charmed by its infinity pool, heated and jacuzzi to enjoy an exceptional 360 ° view. Facing south, its sunny terrace welcomes you from breakfast.

Air-conditioned rooms:
1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), 1 living space of 60m2 (sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

Outside:
Swimming pool 10x5 overflow and heated, Jacuzzi 6 places, pool house with kitchen area, BBQ, cloakroom and toilet, outdoor heated shower. Private terrace of 40m2.

Residing near the cottage, we will be at your disposal to make your stay more enjoyable (Couple in activity and without children. No other rental on the estate).

The region offers many cultural, sporting or festive distractions with the proximity of the sea, Cap d'Agde, the Canal du Midi, Béziers, Montpellier, Lake Salagou and St Guilhem desert, to name a few .

Transport: Motorway access A75, A9 at 12Km, SNCF railway station at 32 Km, Cap d'Agde / Béziers airport at 35Km.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt in den Hügeln gleich beim Dorf Caux. Die Zufahrt führt durch einen Wald. Einmal angekommen erwartet einem das Paradies. Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gross. Der Pool bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick, ebenfalls der danebenliegende Whirlpool. Die Umhebung bietet Gelegenheit für viele interessante Ausflüge. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und diskret. Alles in allem sehr empfelenswert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wij waren met ons gezin te gast in deze prachtige vakantiewoning met super mooi zwembad boven op de berg. Mooie streek waar je veel verschillende activiteiten kan doen. De zee, de bergen, kajakken, noem maar op. Ook onze kinderen van 12 en 10 jaar hebben genoten.

seul au monde sur la colline

Très beau gîte accolé à la maison des propriétaires.Vous dominez l'ensemble du site (beaucoup de vignes à Caux) et la piscine à débordement frôle les 28° C en pleine saison.Plus adapté pour 4 personnes que pour 6 car le réfrigérateur(avec une petite partie congélateur) n'a pas la taille adapté si vous souhaitez faire les courses le moins souvent possible (il y en a un autre tout petit au niveau du pool house où vous pourrez faire le barbecue);les 2 feux de la plaque à gaz freineront également vos ardeurs de cuisinier en chef surtout si vous êtes 6 .Si vous aviez l'habitude de commander des repas via des applications je ne pense pas que ce soit possible ici.Mais qu'importe il vous reste le four,les restaurants des villes avoisinantes(faut faire marcher le commerce local) et surtout la cuisine d'été (le "barbecue") avec sa grande table et son canapé exterieur XXL au niveau de la piscine à l'abri avec un éclairage qui vous permettra de mettre en place votre régime grillade midi et soir et quel qu'en soit la météo;cet endroit est fait pour bien plus de 6 locataires sans problèmes.Du coup si vous parlez fort ou si vous souhaitez pousser la chansonnette ,personne ne vous entendra ,vous êtes vraiment isolés;à partir,environ, de 17h régulièrement les aigles volent au dessus de vous .Le propriètaire,présent en ces lieux pendant votre séjour (la terrasse en photo sur le site avec le grand parasol blanc et celle avec l'escargot en céramique au pied d'un olivier taillé style japonais) c'est chez lui .Il nettoie la piscine tous les jours à une heure où vous dormez encore donc vous n'aurez rien à faire .La climatisation fonctionne à merveille et dans chaque pièce; PS:à votre arrivé, précisez si vous avez pris le "forfait ménage", afin que le propriétaire prennent ses dispositions pour le nettoyage le jour de votre départ

Loin du tumulte, vue et gîte exceptionnels, propriétaire accueillant, région avec bcq d'atouts.

Nous conseillons ce lieu pour ce qui recherche autre chose que la plage et les bouchons..
