Exceptional location, comfortable apartment

Without using your car, you can enjoy the summer toboggan but also an equestrian center, a municipal Olympic swimming pool, an ice rink, a carriage ride that can pick you up at your residence, organized entertainment by the tourist office, downtown with these shops and all its within 100 m from the apartment. By taking the car, you can visit the village of goats which will delight your children.
An altitude village where goats are the queens. On the way, you can relax around the lake of Montriond and why not canoe and admire the Ardent waterfall.
You will be a few kilometers from Avoriaz. A legendary ski resort that many curious people wish to discover in the summer. You can also spend a day at Lake Geneva and its surrounding cities such as Thonon les Bains, Evian les Bains and on the Swiss Géneve and Lausanne side.

Great location, terrible apartment

The apartment was in a perfect location - right next to main street and Super Morzine gondola. The rest - was terrible. No sheets/towels - we had to call and order them. NOTHING in the place except the dirty sponge. No salt/pepper, soap, coffee filters to at least help with the 1st day. Took 2 plumber visits to put the heat on and even then it was not strong and took 2-3 days to warm up the place - thankfully it was a warm December. The place was really old and worn - broken rods in the closet, not clean couch, etc. Washer / dryer (listed in the description) were not connected to electric and the basement where they were located was absolutely disgustingly dirty that you were afraid to drop a piece of your clothing. Marie, the property mgr, was nice, but honestly it didn't do anything for the trip. Would NEVER stay there or recommend it to anyone. We never had such bad experience with any listings on VRBO.

Location Location Location

If you couldn't guess from the title, the location of the apartment was fantastic. If you are looking for the next best thing to ski in ski out then this would be a great choice. The Super Morzine lift is less than a 2 minute walk from the front door and you can get the road train from there to the other side if you want to explore Les Gets. The apartment was spotless and communication from the owner was great. Would happily book again.
