Furnished studio located on the first and last floor in a residence with heated pool. (open from mid April to the end of September) For 2 adults - Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, toaster etc ... - Wc and independent bathroom. - Bed of 140 (bed linen not provided but possible in supplement by service of hiring) - Balcony of 7m2 with living room of garden, private parking in pence soil. - Near the medieval market, port, bike paths, beach and shops

Logement correspondant aux photos, studio petit mini on fonctionnel et bien situé dans une résidence calme disposant d’une piscine , bien agréable . Situation proche du centre de La Flotte permettant balades et accès aux restos très facilement. À recommander pour des vacances sur l’île de Ré

Eine süße, kleine Wohnung - perfekt für zwei Personen, zentral gelegen ( Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber, Dorfmitte fußläufig erreichbar, großer Parkplatz)und gut ausgestattet. Die Hausmeister sind sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pied à terre très bien localisé avec ce que nous recherchions parking et grande piscine . Résidence calme et décoration apaisante. Nous y retournerons .

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence très calme. Il y’a tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour.Piscine à côté, Parking souterrain pour la voiture, il y’a des emplacements vélos dans la cour de la résidence. Le marché est à 5 minutes de marche. Et un grand merci pour l’accueil très sympathique, sans hésiter je conseille l’appartement .

Location impeccable - séjour très agréable

La location est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Studio très bien équipé avec une terrasse bien exposée, le tout dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Le parking en sous sol et le local vélos sont de vrais plus. Très grande piscine chauffée à disposition. La location est très bien placée. Proche du centre ville de la Flotte, accessible à pied en 10mn. Piste cyclable juste à côté. Super séjour. Nous recommandons.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem kleinen, liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment sehr genossen. Die helle Wohnung in der ersten Etage verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Tisch, so dass man auch unter freiem Himmel essen kann. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Besonders praktisch ist, dass zur Wohnung ein eigener Tiefgaragenplatz gehört, auch für Fahrräder gibt es Stellplätze. Die Lage am Ortsrand von La Flotte ist ideal - man ist schnell im Zentrum und die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr ruhig.

Appartement parfait pour découvrir l'Île de Ré

L'appartement est parfaitement situé à la Flotte, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre, à deux minutes en vélo. Et c'est d'ailleurs ce moyen de transport que nous avons privilégié car l'appartement offre une place de parking en sous-sol permettant également d'y laisser les vélos. Tout le nécessaire et plus encore est disponible dans la multitude de placards, la propriétaire ne lésine par sur les efforts pour nous faire sentir comme chez nous. Le balcon est largement suffisant pour y prendre un bain de soleil, mais surtout pour y manger, ce qui est un régal ! La piscine se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres et sa taille généreuse permet d'y nager très correctement. La personne qui s'est chargée de notre accueil fut incroyable de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Merci ! Bref, cette location ne fut que du bonheur !

Séjour à deux

Très bon séjour à l'île de Ré. Petit studio parfait pour deux personnes, très bien situé et très agréable. Nous avons profité de la petite terrasse et de la piscine chaque jours !!! Merci ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander et à revenir dans cette location !
