Beautiful Modern Apartment in Central Denver

Brand new fully furnished modern apartment in the West Washington Park neighborhood close to all of Denver's major hospitals. Walking distance to Broadway restaurants and entertainment, 2 miles to Cherry Creek retail and restaurants and a quick 15 minute bus ride to Union Station.

The apartment encompasses an open dining room and kitchen layout. Designed by the architect owner to maximize the light from the garden level windows, the interior has a southwest-minimalist modern design. The full bathroom and the kitchenette immediately greet guests once they step through the front door. The kitchenette is equipped with everything one would need to make a home-cooked meal.

Guests will find the comfortable living room where they can sit back and relax after a busy day, watch TV or settle into the bedroom nook to read.

The bedroom nook has a queen bed with under-bed storage and is just around the corner from the closet which also houses the in-unit washer/dryer. Unit comes fully equipped with bed and bathroom linens and cleaning supplies as well as a monthly cleaning service.

Family of 4 lives in the rest of the house and has one dog, a loving 11 year old cocker spaniel. No smoking or vaping.

Guest access
Guests will enter the apartment through the door with a keypad located at the back of our home. Upon entry through the backyard, guests will use their own the front door which opens to a small set of stairs to the garden level apartment.

Other things to note
You are welcome to enjoy the back porch and patio.

Wonderful Space for the Summer!

I loved staying here during my time in Colorado for a summer internship! Kelly was an amazing host—quick to respond to my messages, very welcoming, and accommodating. The space was exactly as advertised. It was small, but perfect for myself for a few months! The location is wonderful, it's only about 2 miles south of the downtown, near Broadway Street (which has lots of shops and restaurants), and not far from a few different on-ramps to I-25. Additionally, there is free street parking and I never had an issue finding a nearby spot! A few things to note: the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear people moving around upstairs quite a bit. It personally didn't bother me at all as I've always lived with many people so I'm used to hearing others. However, if you like to sleep in, just know you might hear people moving around in the mornings. Also, this apartment is in the basement so there is only one window so there's not much natural light. I didn't mind since I was out of the apartment often for work and to explore anyway. Overall, this was a perfect space for the summer! Wonderful hosts, a nice quiet street, and access to a lot of places either on foot or a short drive. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The majority of our guests are business travelers and traveling medical professionals working in Denver for 30-90 days at a time. We're walking distance from Denver Health and a short bus ride or drive to downtown Denver, just 15 blocks away. We're right in the middle of Denver between downtown, Cherry Creek, and Washington Park, an easy commute for anyone working at the area hospitals or major business centers.
