Charming 2-Bedroom Cottage with Private Garden and Modern Amenities in Peaceful Setting
Gîte of 85 m² on the ground floor and first floor, equipped kitchen, living room with sitting area, 2 bedrooms. Heating by pellet boiler (underfloor heating for the ground floor). Towels provided with bed linen if you select this option. Gîte with private and independent access and land of 450 m². Refined and neat decoration and furniture, with current colors highlighting the architecture of the site. We also provide children with outdoor games and some toys inside.
The price includes: - All charges (heating, electricity, gas and water)
Be careful in the event of excessive overconsumption an additional cost may be requested, especially for those who charge their electric car
- The loan if necessary of baby equipment (bed and mattress, changing mat, small bathtub, high chair).
The price does not include: - Optional rental of bed linen and household linen
- Cleaning package
- A package for charging electric cars
