Outside, you'll find a lovely, non-fenced garden where you can relax and enjoy nature. The area is quiet and inviting, perfect for a restful vacation. While we don’t have a pool, the green garden offers a delightful atmosphere for reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee in the sun.

The studio is compact and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. It features a cozy double bed in the sleeping area, a desk for work, and a snug sofa area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Air conditioning and internet access are also available to enhance your stay.

Nearby, discover the natural beauty of the area with the Perche Regional Natural Park just a few minutes' drive away. The charming village of Anet with its Renaissance castle makes for a pleasant excursion, as does the historic town of Dreux.

Abondant is easily accessible by car. From Paris, it takes about 1h20 by road. Dreux train station is a 20-minute drive away, making train travel to and from Paris convenient.
