This cozy apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the second floor through a private entrance. You'll enter through the kitchen into a bright open concept kitchen/dining room and living room space. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bureau, closet, and desk. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed with drawers, bedside table, and closet. The spacious bathroom conveniently has a full-sized washer and dryer and full bathtub.

've been a landlord for over 10 years. I love hosting friends and family for meals and parties. I thought it would be fun to fully furnish one of my apartments and put it on Airbnb. I'm loving the experience so far. Each time someone "moves out" I like to go in and change things to make it more homey and comfortable for my next guests. Why they chose this property
I own a property over on the west side of the city and decided to expand my portfolio. I love this property because of the convenient location to downtown, the highway and shopping but also the quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is located in a great central location only 2 miles from the highway which can take you a hour north to the Lake Region or White Mountains, an hour east to the seacoast or an hour south to Boston, Massachusetts.
