Located in SAINT JEAN DE LUZ, in a green setting, with a beautiful mountain view, we offer for your holidays a lovely new house of 90 m² with beautiful terrace (SOUTH-SOUTH WEST exposure) and small garden. It consists of a cathedral living room open to kitchen, 1 beautiful bedroom with shower room (sleeping 140), 1 beautiful bedroom (sleeping 140), 1 shower room with WC, 1 separate WC, 1 mezzanine (2 sleeping places) 90). It offers all modern comfort (air conditioning, LL, LV, TV, internet, BBQ ...)
Ideally located for exploring the BASQUE COUNTRY, the house is 5 minutes by car from the city center and the beach of SAINT JEAN DE LUZ. Possibility to take the municipal shuttle (in July and August) or the cycle track at 400 m.
The Chantaco golf course, the Luziens tennis courts, the municipal SPORT LOISIRS swimming pool and the LACOSTE equestrian center are in the immediate vicinity.
