In a nice half-timbered Norman house, I propose you my apartment of about 30 m2. It has been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort.
Ideal for couple, business trip and small family.
Close to the Abbey Church Saint-Ouen, it enjoys a privileged location to visit Rouen: 5 minutes walk from Saint Mark's Square, 15 minutes walk from Gros Horloge Street and 20 minutes from Teor des docks 76.
The apartment consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher) and a bedroom. There will also be at your disposal a TV and WIFI.
St Marc area very lively with market and flea market every morning from Friday to Sunday. Many choices of restaurant in Eau de Robec street located near the apartment. All historical sites are within a radius of 2 km.
