GREAT LOCATION FOR A GREAT VACATION!! CHECK OUT OUR WONDERFUL REVIEWS!! Park the car and forget it because most everything is within walking distance when you're on the boardwalk. This amazing end unit 1st floor condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided) and was recently remodeled and furnished. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom! NEW Kitchen and new stainless steel appliances in 2023! Large island with quartz countertops. Extremely functional and stocked kitchen to prepare a full meal and dining area that accommodates 7 guests plus a living room area with streaming (Roku and YouTubeTV) and free high speed internet. The porch is perfect for people watching and incredible sunrises! Also included are a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, private outdoor pool and outdoor shower (located behind the building), one parking space, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella (1) and sand toys for the kids. This rental is the one you'll want to come back to year after year! Sorry, NO Pets per association rules. Did we mention that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins is right next door?! And Shenanigan's is located at the far end of our building! We Rent Saturday to Saturday during peak weeks June-August **Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania.** POOL WILL BE CLEAN AND READY FOR GUESTS BEGINNING IN LATE MAY AND CLOSING IN LATE SEPTEMBER**. Beautiful, modern apartment

This unit is well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. Great view and boardwalk access. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had a question. We would definitely rent this unit in the future. Highly recommend!

Upgraded everything! Right on the boardwalk and the sunrise is at your door! Very well equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Close to everything. Overall a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Lots of sleeping options. I was not aware from the pictures when I booked this unit that there was a 2nd set of stairs going to the bottom level of this unit. So sadly we could not put my 4 and 2 year old in that bed in fear they could unlock the door and walk right out. We put them on the sofa bed and a pack and play in the living room which worked out. This unit would be fantastic for older kids and we surely hope to stay here again once our kids are older. BUT it was so so convenient to the beach and the boardwalk. It was beautifully furnished and just the perfect place all around! We loved our stay here!

Incredible Memories

This place was incredible. The host is very attentive and friendly. The location is unbeatable. We were at the beach every morning and swam at the pool in the afternoon. Then walked the Boardwalk in the evening to get our favorite ice cream. Will definitely look to book this place again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was very nice, great location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony when not at the beach. Maybe a little tight for sleeping six adults, since two slept on the pull out couch, but we came from three different states, so a lot of family time. Loved it!

Amazing Trip to Ocean City

We have been going to Ocean City for the last 10 years, we have stayed in El Capitan 4 of the last 10 years and this is the best unit in El Capitan by far!!! Prior to arriving the communication with Joan was great, she was responsive and informative. Upon arriving at the unit and walking in, we walked in and was amazed on how clean and updated the unit was. It was extremely clean, walls must have just been painted, and the large island in the middle of the kitchen allowed for a more open feel. The unit is well stocked, beds and furniture were updated, plenty of sand toys/chairs. The people watching from this unit is the best, we spent many nights sitting on the deck in the big heavy chairs just enjoying the evening. Although this unit is one of the closest to the boardwalk, once in the bedrooms there was no noise (easy to sleep). We will definitely want to stay in this unit again next year! Thank you for making our trip that much more special.

Another Great Vacation!

We thought our first vacation here last summer was great, but Joan really went above and beyond in making improvements. The kitchen/dining area were beautifully redone and in such a way as to make it more functional. The ease of check in and check out are awesome and Joan is just a text or call away for any questions that arise. I like the the personal text to just check in and ask if all is going well. Top notch! 5+ stars from this return renter!

In the heart of it all

This property was a great find and made for an amazing vacation. It’s located right in the middle of the action, but still allows you to retreat back into some peace, quiet, and privacy. The pool was a great resource for the kids, but the overall star was the porch - people watching, relaxing, watching summer storms. A great visit!

Another amazing stay.

Once again this was an amazing stay at the most beautiful condo and location. The owners have recently renovated the property and when we thought things couldn’t get any better “BOOM”.
