This holiday home is ideal for getting together with family or friends, thanks to its large living areas, 3 double bedrooms and a dormitory room for up to 6 children. It also has 3 bathrooms for your comfort.

The neighborhood :
Le Sémaphore enjoys an ideal location, in front of the sea and just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Côte d'Emeraude. You can enjoy near the house (5 min by car) all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market in the market town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings).

Activities :
- The house is an ideal departure point for Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel.
- Access to the wild coast with its most beautiful fine sandy beaches: the Saussaye beach 800m away, the Port Mer beach 900m away and the Verger beach.
- The Pointe du Grouin is a fifteen-minute walk along the GR34.
- You can sample the famous oysters at the Port de la Houle, a 10-minute drive away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. There is space for 4 cars.

Public transport :
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit 30 km away
- Seasonal buses 100m away, at the end of the street crossing the road, take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.

- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment.
- Bed linen and towels included

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the bins. A supplement of €50 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
