Join us for the white sand beaches, gulf breezes and once in a lifetime sunsets in a luxurious 3,000 sq. ft. multi-million dollar custom beachfront duplex! Villa Del Sol is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Tommy Bahama furnished home steps away from the beach. The villa has a private beach sand path that leads directly to the Gulf. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy your own private pool/hot tub/outdoor shower/grill area as you listen to the waves. There are views of the Gulf of Mexico in almost every room with beautiful balconies to enjoy dolphin watching and gorgeous sunsets. The fully renovated interior has striking upgrades, but still maintains the comfort of a beach home. Villa Del Sol has the amenities needed for an easy transition to focus on relaxation on your vacation!

We currently are only doing weekend to weekend reservations for 7 day rentals (Saturday/Sunday). If you would. like to stay longer than 7 days check-in and check-outs will be accepted on non-weekend days. Please inquire for additional information.

There is also a private elevator for your convenience and ease.

Family spring break beach time

The little ones enjoyed the pool very much. We played some corn hole and hung out on the beach. Nice to be able to walk from the house right to the beach. Used the wagon for beach chairs and umbrella great time

Beach Fun!

Beautiful property steps from the beach! The home was fully stocked with almost anything you might need, from kitchen to bedding to baby gear to beach/pool toys. When we arrived, the pool was green and cloudy. But as soon as we let the hosts know, they scheduled pool service immediately. Our family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning!

Absolutely stunning location

Great place right on beach as advertised. Elevator was a godsend with 80 year old mil. Every beach item/game you need is provided. Perfect relaxing trip.

Fabulous Property

We cannot say enough great things about this property. The location is absolutely perfect. Watching the sunset everyday from the front deck/porch off of the main living area was a highlight. We loved playing basketball in the pool and using the jacuzzi. The upstairs master suite is large and perfect for working remotely if you need to. The entire house from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the water toys was stocked beyond! The managers were so welcoming and very responsive. Outstanding property and we hope to be back again. Do not hesitate to book this gem.

Beautiful Home

This house was everything we needed for our family vacation. It is exactly as described, beautiful and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need from beach days to eating in. We will definitely be back!

Slight mix up at start but Mike and Melissa were on top of everything. House was very nice. They had everything we could have wanted to use at the beach including paddle boards, kayak, coolers, chairs, any toy or mask needed. We did not think we would use the pool and hot tub but used as much as we did the ocean. Very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the house was perfect! It is close to downtown but far enough away to not have crowds on the beach and very close to the grocery store. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and responded almost immediately. The house has everything you could want and more! The pool/hot tub were nice and private and the views of the ocean can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location with every amenity

The house is literally right on the beach and access is very easy. The house is very well appointed, clean, and nicely decorated. The owners have a TON of beach gear: chairs, paddleboards, ocean kayaks, boogie boards, etc. We really didn't have to bring anything with us. The house is a very short drive (or walk) to the main square on the island or about 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. Similar distance to Naples and Bonita. There were plenty of dining options nearby. In addition, we were able to instacart everything we needed. The owner was very engaged and responded to our messages promptly. All in all, a great property with a great location.

Has everything you'll need

The property is nicely appointed - you don't have to leave for anything. We had groceries delivered right there - we couldn't have asked for more convenience, a nicer view or accommodations.

Spring Break 2024

Our family had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, right on the beach!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked including lots of beach and pool toys which the grand kids really enjoyed. We all loved the pool and the beach and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The views of the gulf from the balcony are amazing and the dolphins entertained us every morning with their antics. We can't wait to return!

The best VRBO we have had!

This house is just as lovely as the pictures show. The kitchen has everything you might need, the owners provide beach toys, chairs, even a wagon to make the steps to the beach easy. Pool area is spacious and clean. The furnishings inside are beachy but tasteful. These owners really understand vacationers, plenty of space to stow your own gear. They kept in touch throughout our stay but were never intrusive. Do the fine people of FMB a favor. Go there, spend some money and help them get their town back.

Hassle free beachfront property!

House was accurately listed. It was stocked with all beach ammenities such as kayak, chajrs, coolers, floats, and beach toys. It was very clean and the owners/managers of the property were readily available to answer all questions and responded almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would do so in the future.

Definitely Booking Again!!!

My family *loved* this property! Top themes which come to mind when recapping our recent stay: tasteful luxury, amazing communication, and loads of conveniences. This was our first family vacation in Ft. Myers and we were looking for a special property. We wanted to take a significant step towards luxury in terms of a private pool, private beach access, and next-level amenities. Thankfully, we hit the bullseye with this amazing place and owners! Tasteful luxury: top of the line furniture, kitchen appliances (including margarita welcome kit!), bed & bathroom set ups, beach toys (loved learning how to paddle board and seeing the dolphins), beach umbrellas & chairs, and art (tasteful ocean décor was the perfect touch)! Amazing communication: from moments after booking the property, and throughout our stay, Mike & Melissa were the perfect hosts. They kept us informed leading up to our vacation and later checked in with us during our vacation to make sure everything was going well. It was clear Mike & Melissa wanted our family vacation to be perfect. Loads of conveniences: we have never, NEVER, stayed at a VRBO where we didn’t have to go purchase something basically off-the-bat. This time it was different - everything we needed, it was already there for us and I’m not just talking the big things (which were outstanding), but also the important, little things too (towel clips to hold towels on beach chairs, sand grippers so umbrellas were secure in the sand, cooking sprays, grill cleaners, coolers, body boards, extra ping pong balls, etc.) This was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. Our kids (3 high school, 1 middle school, and 1 elementary school) enthusiastically gave this property a “5 out of 5.” My wife and I agree 100%. Relaxation on the Beach

We would stay here again! Great communication with the owners. The house had everything we needed both inside and out. The location and beach were wonderful! The house was located far enough from the "busy" part of the beach, yet within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Thanks for a great time!

Total pleasure

The location and residence were beyond what we werehoping for. Melissa and Mike were also great to work with. My mother-in-law had just broken her hip a few months prior to our stay so the elevator was priceless to us. We also were given a number for rental of a beach wheel chair that worked out perfect for her. We were surprised at how well stocked the little things were such as soaps and paper products along with all the beach and pool accessories. There just We all hated to leave Melissa and Mike's little piece of paradise.

Amazing house!

We recently returned from a wonderful family vacation on Fort Myers Beach. This house is amazing! The location was perfect and the views were awesome. We loved starting our day on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. There is everything you need to enjoy the beach, the great chairs, umbrellas, a wagon for all your gear and a ton for sand toys for the kids. The house very clean and very well stocked. It has everything we needed. The owners were so responsive to any of our needs and even had a welcome gift for us. We would stay again at this property when we return to Fort Myers Beach.

Fort Myers Beach - April 2022

Our family of six (one couple, two children – ages 15 and 11, and one set of grandparents) stayed at the Villa del Sol for one week in mid-April. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The owners responded promptly to all messages and checked in on us to be sure all was well. This was our first time to Fort Myers Beach; the weather could not have been better. The house is beautiful, and the views are absolutely breath-taking. We loved having the direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and especially enjoyed watching sunsets and dolphins swim by from the main-level balcony. The private pool, hot tub, and beach access were all perfect amenities for our family. We were able to use the sand toys for our annual ‘boys versus girls’ sandcastle contest. Additionally, the location was perfect for our family, outside of the busy Times Square area but close enough to walk to some restaurants and to the Library to catch the free Tram service. We enjoyed a day on Sanibel and Captiva islands for shelling and had a fantastic breakfast at The Old Captiva House. We enjoyed fresh seafood dinners at Fresh Catch and Coste, which were close to the house. The Junkanoo and Salty Crab were nice for casual lunches. We can’t say enough good things about the property, owners, and the Fort Myers Beach area!

Fantastic week.

Our stay in Ft Myers was amazing. The home is on a beautiful stretch of the beach only a few steps from a beachside bar and restaurant. The home has everything you could think of. I would highly recommend this property.

Expectations Exceeded!

We LOVED our week at Villa Del Sol! From the amazing house, to the pool area, and constant views of the beach/ocean and continuous sounds of the waves crashing, we could not have had a better experience. Just as everyone has said, the kitchen was very well stocked and we couldn't believe all the pool/beach toys and gear provided. It was an amazing week that literally has something for everyone without leaving the property. We hope to return again one day! Amazing property in amazing location - lots to love!!

We loved everything about this property. The location was just prime! Restaurant nearby to walk to, beach was amazing. Pool & hot tub awesome. Well stocked with “toys”- paddle boards, kayak, SpikeBall, tons of kids toys. Great beach chairs. Coolers. Just made it easy to hang out. View was fabulous. Going to miss mornings on the balconies.
