With family or friends, you will spend a great holiday in our house in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Cap Coz in Fouesnant.
The view of Anse de Penfoulic, with the rhythm of the tides, is exceptional from all the living rooms of the house.
The house is composed of a large dining room / lounge with American kitchen on the ground floor, a large terrace facing south, with garden furniture and hammock, a pantry and toilet.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, WC and large landing with desk and games for children.
In another wing of the house, there is another double bedroom with bathroom + WC and a kitchen and living room.
The house is ideally located for those who want to enjoy the pleasures of the beach, the nautical center, the Mickey Club, or hiking trails (the GR 34 passes in front of the house).
The nearest remarkable historical heritage is within a radius of 20km: Concarneau, Quimper, Bénodet, then Locronan
