Simple and calm cottage near river NO wifi
In the heart of the tourist Ardeche, in a very quiet location on the edge of a natural area and overlooking the Coiron plateau, NO WIFI, NO TELEVISION (wired internet access); Come relax in our beautiful region, on the ground floor of our large house in a cottage of 72 m2 (the kitchen is being redone, so will be beige ...) including:
- 1 semi-equipped kitchen with hob, mini oven and fridge
- 1 storeroom
- 1 laundry room with washing machine
- 1 dining area and living room in the same room as the kitchen
- 1 large bedroom with double bed 160
- 2 very small rooms with bunk beds and / or sofa bed / sofa
(The bedding is new.)
- 1 separate WC
- 1 bathroom
- 1 private garden (fig tree) with table, chairs, sunbathing, barbecue.
Cottage exposed to the East / North, Parking, backyard.
From the house: Walking in a wooded site, VTC or mountain bike (possibility of bicycles) in a natural site (classified and protected wetland). Bathing places 10 minutes walk and first beach 15 minutes by bike paths and greenway (beach Vogüé 4km). Many greenways.
Bus stop 6/7 minutes walk from the house
Nearby: Shops, Horseback riding, Fishing, Hiking, Municipal swimming pool panoramic discovery, River and bathing (5 min drive), Climbing, Tennis, Thermalism, Amusement Park, Canoe Kayak (5 min car), Typical restaurants.
