Magnifique localisation

Le logement est idéalement situé , avec la plage, la piscine et même des jeux pour enfants tous le monde y trouvera son bonheur. Pour une famille la taille du logement est parfaite, et la communication avec le propriétaire est fluide et rapide. L’appartement est très bien équipé, le linge de lit et un ventilateur supplémentaire serait un vrai plus car en période de canicule il fait très chaud dans le logement.

Super séjour en famille

Super séjour parfaitement adapté avec des jeunes enfants (grand espace extérieur sécurisé avec parc de jeu et plage a 2 pas) Appartement bien situé et tres bien équipé C'est juste dommage qu'il faille amener ses draps/serviettes et pas d'équipements bébés proposés

Parfait

Séjour très apprécié, le logement et son environnement sont idéaux pour une semaine de vacances avec de jeunes enfants : plage à 30m, piscine ( chauffée à 22° en avril), parc arboré, sécurisé et calme, à proximité du sentier du littoral pour faire le tour de la presqu'île. Le logement est bien équipé et le contact avec les propriétaires est facile et efficace. Envie d'y retourner!

Excellent !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. L'espace est optimisé (2 salles d'eau et WC pour 42m²). Nous avons aussi apprécié : le parc de la résidence, la terrasse sans vis-à-vis, l'accès à la plage direct depuis la résidence, les randonnées sur la presqu'île et les liaisons pour les îles sont à quelques minutes en voiture.

Tolle Anlage, aber keine Wohnung für 6 Personen

Innenausstattung o.k., aber das zweite Zimmer ist ein Witz. es geht direkt vom Eingang links ab und hat max. 3 qm, ein ganz schmaler Gang und schmales Doppelbett, praktisch direkt im Eingangsbereich. Wir haben dann das Wohnzimmer als zweites Schlafzimmer nutzen müssen, was so nicht geplant war.

Great vacation in a beautiful apartment

We were in Giens in September. The apartment is located just two minutes from the beach and you can hear the sea while sitting on the beautiful terrace. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the apartment and the two bathrooms were a major plus. The apartment is a bit small for 6 and there would not be enough storage space for luggage. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The pool is pleasantly warm in September and there are enough deck chairs. The landlord is very friendly and always helpful. Many thanks for that. We recommend the apartment and will be back with pleasure.

Très bon séjour

C'est un logement idéal à quelques mètres de la plage. Equipement confortable. En cas de chaleur, deux puissants ventilateurs sont à disposition. De nombreux détails rendent le séjour encore plus confortable et agréable.

Location dans résidence calme et proche plage

Appartement conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le plus est l'accès direct au jardin, jeux d'enfants et à la très belle plage (1 minute à pied). Très beau jardin de la résidence. La résidence est grande mais tout est fait pour que chacun ait son intimité côté terrasse. Le nécessaire est à disposition pour cuisiner. Beaucoup de rangements. Petit bémol : éclairage un peu faible en soirée. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été fluides, celui-ci est très réactif.

Tout simplement parfait

Nous y avons passé une super semaine en famille. L’appartement est vraiment très bien équipé et bien conçu (les 2 salles de bain sont très clairement un plus quand on est 2 adultes et 2 enfants) et possède de nombreux rangements. Le coin terrasse / jardin est très appréciable et l’accès direct à la mer est à 50 mètres. La résidence est ,certes, très grande mais, au final, très calme et bien située. Enfin, le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et très réactif. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec avec un immense plaisir.
