Entire chalet of 50m², sleeps 4.
Located in a typical town in the Alps, Faverges, between Annecy and Albertville, between lake and mountains: change of scenery guaranteed.
Private access, electric gate with remote control, chalet located on the wooded grounds of the owners, private parking with a carport.
Owners present 24 hours a day, keys given by the host who can also provide you with any information concerning your visits and excursions.
On the ground floor a large living room will welcome you with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and upstairs a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
Sheets and towels are provided, drying racks are provided for your ski equipment.

Petit chalet très cosy pour une séjour de biathlon au Grand Bornand. Tout est parfait.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et avons beaucoup apprécié leur aide lors de notre départ très neigeux.

Perfect little chalet
This was a great place to stay to explore the lake and the region around Annecy. The chalet was charming and had everything we needed. Gilles was super friendly. We were sad to leave!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au chalet qui est tout confort et qui offre une vue superbe le matin comme le soir ! Gilles et Maryse sont très aimables et donnent de bons conseils sur les activités du coin. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement en couple ou en famille !

Chalet impeccable, propriétaires sympathiques
Comme cela a déjà été dit par les autres locataires tout était parfait, le chalet, l'accueil, la propreté, l'amabilité des propriétaires et leur discrétion. Un petit bémol : la vue attendue était compromise par un foisonnement d'arbres et d'arbrisseaux devant le chalet qui empêchaient le soleil de passer. Les balades autour du chalet ne sont pas fort attrayantes , la voiture est absolument nécessaire pour découvrir des sites attractifs

Quelques jours à proximité du lac d'Annecy, dans le magnifique massif des Bauges. Nous étions très bien installés dans ce magnifique petit chalet (100% bois 😍), d'une propreté irréprochable et dans un lieu très calme, au pied des montagnes. L'accueil était des plus chaleureux et les propriétaires très sympathiques

Magnifique séjour
J étais avec mes 2 enfants en janvier pour passer 5 jours en ski. Le chalet est magnifique, neuf, chaud (jaugeage au sol). 4 places de couchage. Équipement et décor avec attention au moindre détail . Équipement : lave vaisselle avec produit, lave linge avé produit, fer à repasser avec la table à repasser , frigo et congélateur , four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, 2 cafetières , appareil raclette/fondue, mixeur cuisine pour faire vos soupes, vaisselle, tout le nécessaire pour la toilette, wifi , télé, place de parking dans la cour fermée et protégé . Les propriétaires son très sympas , attentionnés. Toujours au service . Que des bons souvenirs . On reviens très bientôt !

An excellent getaway
Small, but packs a lot in! Kitchen area well equipped, although dry storage area limited. Outdoor area well equipped and secluded. A couple more mugs (only 2 provided) would be preferable.
