Welcome to the Lost Loon Lake Luxury Apartment

This beautiful, single level apartment is the perfect all-season vacation destination for visitors in Whitefish! It is fully furnished with all new furniture, appliances and local artwork and decor. This lower level apartment has a very modern and upscale design with all the comforts you need while on vacation!

Soak in the beautiful views of Lost Loon Lake right from the front patio! The lake is completely private (no public access), making it very quiet and peaceful to enjoy. Take a stroll down to the Lake following the whimsical path through all the Montana native plants - see how many you can identify! Relax on the dock, kayak or canoe out to the middle of the lake for fishing or swimming. Use of the owner`s kayaks and canoe is available for guest enjoyment!

This property sleeps up to 6, with 2 large bedrooms (king beds), and 2 single cot size pull out beds from the couch. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan, and access to their own full bathrooms. One of the king beds is a sleep number bed, so you can adjust it as you desire with the ease of a remote. There is a large open living space, dining room and kitchen, where everyone in your group can come together for meals & entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances. The living room features a large comfortable couch, and has a large smart TV to access all your favorite streaming apps - no cable TV access. Enjoy the gas pot belly fireplace for added coziness and ambience during the cooler months. The floors have an amazing new radiant cooling system that keeps the space comfortable in the warm summer months!

This luxury apartment is conveniently located only a few minutes’ drive from the shops and restaurants of downtown Whitefish! Peaceful

I highly recommend this property. The bedrooms are perfectly situated for privacy with a bathroom for each bedroom. The property is clean and well equipped. The view is amazing. There is a path to walk to the lake which has a dock with canoes . The area is extremely quiet but there is close access to stores for groceries and gas. We stayed to enjoy Glacier National Park which is a short 30 minute drive. Our favorite evening time (after our dinner that we prepared in the wonderfully stocked kitchen) was sitting on the patio and watching the turkeys as they went to roost in the tall pines. You won’t be sorry if you rent this VRBO!

Stay at Loon Lake

The location, property, and level of service from the property manager all exceeded expectations. The unit was new, spacious, and intelligently designed. The location on Loon Lake but very short drive to Whitefish is perfect. Also, check and out was a breeze. 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely perfect!

Amazing location for our trip to Glacier Park! We had 2 college aged kids and one teenage who loved the lake which had canoes and kayaks. We saw bald eagles, tons of deer and fawns and turkeys roosting in the trees each night. The rental itself was incredibly clean and well appointed- we travel a lot and this was our favorite by far. We met the owners who were lovely. Drive to the park was easy and we really enjoyed Whitefish. Highly recommend!

Great stay

The property was very clean with beautiful views and lake access. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns and Glacier Park. Two large bedroom suites located at opposite ends of the residence worked out great for our party of four.

Perfect place for a tranquil and scenic stay.

The accommodations were absolutely fantastic. Having a quiet, private view of a private lake with spectacular. Very affordable given how nice the place was. I wish I could have seen the upstairs because I'm sure it was gorgeous. The trim work, the appliances, and most importantly the beds were all top notch. I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere and had such a comfy bed to sleep on. The bathrooms were great, the place was super clean. And there's plenty of wildlife to see outside the doors. Lots of turkeys and other small, but mostly harmless animals are around. It's also the last house on a semi-private road so there really isn't any traffic or anything like that to worry about. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the view

This property is a modern beautifully decorated basement apartment with amazing views of the lake. We loved going down to the lake and sitting on the dock. We did see a bear in the backyard one morning. We stayed there with two couples and each couple had a nice comfortable king-size bed with lots of room.

Wonderful stay at lake front property near Whitefish, MT

We had a great stay at this beautiful house on the lake. The owners rent out the bottom part of the house, which has its own access and is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and our favorite part was sitting on the deck and looking out at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful location and minutes away from town. Highly recommend!

Nice place and location!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and the location is beautiful, right on the lake. We saw lots of deer, turkey and bald eagles from the back porch. The lake was still frozen, so we did not get to enjoy the kayaks, but that would have been high on my list of things to do. Great proximity to Whitefish and all of the surrounding beauty!

I would recommend coming to Whitefish and enjoying this property. We love the downtown, but wanted quite as well. The total package! The house was beautiful and met out needs in every way. So clean and well kept. It was not a disappointment and just what we wanted. Will plan to come back for sure. Great memories made to remember. Close to all things Whitefish/Glacier, this walkout apartment fit the bill. Interior is new, well-stocked, private, and comfortable. Finding it was slightly confusing initially but once there we loved it.

Cozy Little Secret!!

We really enjoyed the rental and the lovely surroundings! Beautiful view , peaceful, quiet, perfect for adults, who want to read or write, inspiring dawn and dusk, even enjoyed a rain storm , oh and the sweet smell of the forest ! Never know you were only 5 minutes from town!! Perfect location.

Nature's Gem

This is a special place. It is quiet and has the loveliest view of Lost Loon Lake. We watched eagles fly by every day and enjoyed the wildlife in this natural setting. The place was very clean, spacious and very nicely furnished. Great washer and dryer was a big plus given we are on a long trip.

Absolute perfection!

What a wonderful place to stay, nothing at all what I had pictured in my mind... even better. The views from the home are breath taking. Wildlife everywhere, we saw deer, turkey, a fox, ducks and loons. The sounds of the loons in the morning and evening are so peaceful and something that you will never forget. The home itself was wonderfully laid out, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Furnished for anything you may need. Excellent location with close proximity to restaurants in Whitefish along with a easy access to Glacier nation park, Kalispell and Flathead lake. I did not want to leave! Highly recommended to anyone.

Husband’s Birthday bucket list with besties

Upon arrival the view is absolutely gorgeous the picture doesn’t do it justice. The unit accommodated us very well and I have never stayed anywhere that they supply as much as they do! We only had to call once because of the upstairs alarm and it was 10:30 at night and they came right over and fixed it. We had all kinds of wildlife walking up to the patio and had an amazing time! We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay for the Glacier National Park area!

We stayed here with friends on a trip to Glacier National Park and it was the perfect location in the area. The house was amazing with its views and the amenities! The only issue we had was the master bathroom and how cold the water was. It seemed as if that side of the home did not warm up as well as the other side. Other than that, the home was close to perfect!
