Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized Penthouse Floor, directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 55" Smart TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 55" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Girls Trip

We are a group of friends that take a beach trip annually just to relax without the kids and husbands. We have as many diverse interests as we do common ones and this place allowed for us to participate as we wanted. Relaxing in the condo or on the beach or out enjoying the night life. Plenty of good food to be found and good times to be had.

Family Beach Vacation

Property was as listed. Great location, comfortable and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Only negative thing was some of the furniture was worn out and broken which is understandable for a rental and window in front bedroom had light shining through all hours of the day and night and needs a blackout curtain for light sleepers.

Penthouse Phoenix Orange Beach

We were late getting there because of traffic so everyone from the front desk was already gone. The next morning when we went to get the parking passes, the lady working the desk was late. Then she was rude to everyone because there was a line when she got there. As for the condition of the condo Everything was good for us. Loved the location. I thought the bed was hard as a rock, but everyone else said theirs were good. Overall I would rent it again

Excellent Place for Family Vacation!

We were six adults and four children from three generations. This condo was a perfect location for our family. The rooms were spacious and the furnishings comfortable for all. We even commandeered one of the small bathroom for the two year old to have a quiet place to sleep. The lazy river and inside pool was a favorite.

It was great. We were all alone at the end of hall. No wait for elevators. Used all the community spaces. Pool lazy river, grills and tables and of course the access to the beach.

All cooking utensils are provided but you’ll need a lot of nonstick spray. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance great location. The condo itself was very clean. Parking is very easy and I like that the cars are covered in case you get any storms with hail. To me the mattresses felt cheap but adequate. We always bring our own Apple TV so entertainment wasn’t an issue. Maybe it’s just me but for a complex that size I would think they would have a volleyball net on the beach for active or younger people to use And they did not.

Softball Tournament Trip

Everything and I mean everything was great (condo, clean, well stocked, good information, etc) EXCEPT the parking pass process makes us not want to stay at this property again. You can’t check in until 4:30 but the office closes at 5:00 and that’s where you need to get your parking pass. You arrive later than that so you park and security puts a violation notice on your vehicle that night!!!! Ridiculous!!! We had to leave the next day before 7:00 to go to a softball tournament and didn’t get back until 10:00 that night. Still can’t get a parking pass. Make it where you can buy parking passes with your reservation!!!! It’s not that hard!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos location is awesome! Lots of restaurants and shops, ice cream and mini golf all within walking distance. Our kids loved this! The condo building is nice, kinda weird there is no outdoor pool, Just the lazy river, but we enjoyed floating in that on days the beach was too windy. Workout room is adequate.The condo’s views are amazing! The top floor made the balcony a favorite location! We felt it was a comfortable space for 11 people but not enough comfortable seating in the main areas for that many. The kitchen was the most disappointing kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental! No potholders! Only 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen dishcloth! No adequate pans for cooking multiple things. It was frustrating! The ice machine is an amazing thing to have, however the one in the fridge which made “harder” ice cubes was broken. The cleanliness was not the best and the furniture is definitely tired. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this building!

A week in Orange Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, and decorated very tastefully. The view was awesome. The only problem was the non cleanliness of it. After driving for 10 hours, with 13 people, it was a bit disappointing to find dirty linens on the beds.I had to wash those before we could go to bed. The couch pullout had food everywhere and the mattress cover had to be washed as well. The coffee pots both had old coffee grounds and a used pod in them. The blankets in the closet smelled like old pee. They had to be sanitized also.If advertised to sleep 14, then it should be equipped for 14. We had to buy a pot to cook spaghetti. Then we had to go buy a cookie sheet to cook biscuits. Then a cake pan. However, there were 4 coffee pots and 2 crock pots. They ask to not bring any glass to the grill area, but there is nothing plastic in the unit. Not even a rubbermaid bowl to put anything in. The tvs were good. The furniture was comfortable. The location was great.The kids enjoyed the pool and the slide when they got tired of the sand. I would recommend that the owners survey the amenities and hire a new cleaning service. The rugs need a deep cleaning and the covers on all the beds.

Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the positives - it was clean when we arrived, the common areas like the hall and the elevator were well maintained, the beach was not shelly in this area, there was plenty of space for our party, and my kids enjoyed the lazy river and slide a lot! Good overall location.Some cons - the sheets on several of the beds were pilling and uncomfortable with sharpie on some of them, there was a 16x16 floor tile left on the balcony that posed a huge safety risk for those in our condo and below (as it almost slid off the balcony during a rain event), a bedroom with queens you couldn't open the doors all the way, the bedrooms with windows stayed hotter than the other parts of the unit, the host was hard to get in touch with regarding check in times, and you were required to wear a wristband on property (not sure why), and just some general deferred maintenance like one of the shower/tub combos had a terrible sliding door that didn't work.

Perfect Condo

Perfect sized condo for the group size we had! The furniture in the picture of the living room don’t match the current furniture - but I can say the recliners in the condo are so comfy!! I was trying to find the brand so I can buy one for my house! Only a few downfalls, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. If your crew likes to cook big meals, then I suggest bringing your own pots. We forgot ours and had to go buy two which seemed really hard to find close by! And not enough kitchen towels or bath wash cloths, so we went purchase a few more for the week to avoid having to wash washcloths twice a day. Ample storage, wet bar with ice machine, plenty of furniture on the balcony, lots of extra blankets, beds were comfy, gorgeous views from the 22nd floor. The kids loved the floor to ceiling windows!
