The annex of 60 M2 behaves of 2 rooms in bottom and a mezzanine closed on the floor .. Kitchenette and bathroom. 1 large bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the room on the ground floor.

the house and the annex are fully equipped (bedding, oven, microwave, fridge in the American style, coffee maker, WIFI, TV, washing machine.
