A Comfortable Waterside Marinus Apartment

This beautiful apartment is a fabulous Cowes accommodation for corporate clients, couples & small families & has the advantage of being on the ground floor with its own secure car parking bay close by. This apartment has a spacious master bedroom with 1 double bed and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, close to both rooms you have the main bathroom which has a bath with shower. In the open plan living area there is a fully fitted kitchen next to a dining area with a large well decorated lounge. A sliding patio door lets in a lot of light and opens out on to its own patio area perfect for starting the morning with breakfast or winding down the day with evening drinks.

Excellent apartment
We stayed in the apartment for 12 days and found everything that you could want contained in it. It is easy walking distance to lots of good restaurants and pubs as well as Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Easy access from the Cowes ferry if the chain bridge is working.

a really really really great place to stay!
Location of the place is just great.if the floating bridge was working then it would be a breeze coming in using the red funnel ferry which will bring you in minutes to the property. sadly it wasn't working when we were there which meant and 11 mile extra car journey added to our trip both ways. Graham met us and give us a quick tour of the property, It is set amongst a private residential area and you were surrounded by the loveliest and 'wonderful neighbours on either side. it is a beautiful walk into the town which was lively and full of different shops restaurants and cafes to your delight. Cowes is generally a really nice place. the property was very well equipped with everything to help your journey be smooth and comfortable: kitchen utensils, beds were comfortable and clean toilets! clean everything ! It's everything you expect in a really really good furnished accommodation. Dedicated parking spot! Would i book again??? Definitely!!!! Would i recommend: oh yes Yes!!!

Wonderful location!
I have just spent a week in this lovely apartment! Apart from the fact it has all the facilities you would expect from a top class apartment, it also has a super property manager, Graham. All assistance was offered on arrival including transfers from the Red Jet! I would recommend this as a great place to be in the midst of Cowes week! Gaye Mayger
