This beautiful haven of peace will offer you the opportunity to spend a pleasant stay and will seduce you with its interior and exterior qualities. Pool of 10 x 5 m equipped with a beach of 3 m x 2 m on the width to enjoy the sun while basking in the water.
You will also have a beautiful veranda, a barbecue and a parking space.

Excellent Property

Very nice holiday in a lovely area. Close to amenities and lots to do. The property was clean and comfortable, with all amenities within. Had a lovely stay with our dog, would recommend.

Lovely location

Cathy and Raymond are excellent hosts. The property is attached to their home but there is plenty of privacy, whilst still knowing g they are available if needed. Highly, recommend. Pool was superb in such a hot place

Exceeded our expectations

Cathy and Raymond were excellent hosts. We didn't know they were there and we had total privacy. We had exclusive use of the pool which we did not expect. The apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable. Location was walkable to the harbour and the main strip is a short drive away. We felt like we paid the price of an apartment for a full villa experience. Incredible value!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Personen (plus Hund) in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und alles funktionell für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mehrere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Vermieter halten sich sehr dezent im Hintergrund und vermitteln somit das Gefühl, man hätte das Objekt für sich alleine. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an Cathy und Raymond, für den tollen und entspannten Urlaub in eurem wundervollen Haus. Unser kleiner Theo hat sich genauso wohl gefühlt wie wir :-)

séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Saint-Raphaël. L'hôtesse était très gentille et serviable. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et était extrêmement propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le petit boulodrome. Tout simplement parfait !

Traumhafter Platz zum Ausruhen

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool in perfekter ruhiger Lage nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zum kleinen Hafen mit Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Fischgeschäft. Ausgangslage für viele Erkundungen entlang der Küste optimal. Rundum sehr schön mit äußerst freundlichen Gastgebern !

Tolle Fewo mit eigenen Pool

Die Fewo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, direkt darüber wohnen die sehr netten und freundlichen Hausbesitzer einschließlich Katze. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Schlafzimmertür, welches sofort von den beiden behoben wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten, der sozusagen die Terrasse ersetzt. Die Highligths des Hauses sind der Pool und wunderschöne Garten, ein Parkplatz befindet direkt vor dem Haus. Bäcker und ein Spar-Markt befinden sich fußläufig ca. 10 -15 Minuten entfernt im Hafenbereich. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, dadurch konnte sich unser Hund frei bewegen. Allerdings ist doch mit freilaufenden Katzen zu rechnen... Leider war in der Nähe kein schöner Hundestrand. Der Strand an dem Hunde erlaubt sind, ist sehr klein und aus groben Kieselsteinen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Gastgeber sehr nett und äußerst diskret. Die Wohnnung war toll und der Garten mit Pool ein Traum Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

Schöne Gartenwohnung in Saint-Raphaël

Wir haben 6 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir durften unseren Hund mitbringen, der grosse Freude am wunderbaren Garten hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hafen und sonst sehr zentral. Super Lage mit schönen Buchten. Ein kleines Detail ist jedoch zu beachten: Die Gastgeber wohnen oberhalb der Wohnung. Sie sind sehr freundlich und diskret, aber es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass man nicht allein in der Villa ist. Hätten wir gewusst, dass wir nicht allein sind, hätten wir die Villa eventuell nicht gebucht.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und Hundefreundlche Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und Hundetolerant. Die Kommunikation ist in deutscher , französischer und englischer Sprache möglich. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft und hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen!

Fijne en complete accommodatie

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in deze woning. Het is erg compleet en smaakvol ingericht. Ook in de keuken was alles op orde. Van de aanwezigheid van Cathy en Raymond hebben we niets gemerkt, waardoor we ons vrij voelden. Toen ze hoorden dat we wij met de T.G.V. arriveerden, boden ze gelijk aan ons op te halen van het station. Ook hebben ze ons weer bij het station afgezet aan het einde van ons verblijf!

Entspannter Urlaub mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber, mit perfekter Ausstattung und wunderschöner Gartenanlage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und diskret. Sogar frische Eier erhielten wir von ihnen! Auch schätzen wir sehr, dass unser Hund willkommen war und sich frei bewegen konnte. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub! :)

Top Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage!

Wir haben insgesamt 10 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Mit dem Wintergarten, der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem bequemen Bett hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist super, Kurztrips nach St. Tropez, Cannes, Nizza oder Monaco sind von der Unterkunft mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Auch die Strandpromenade von St. Raphael/Fréjus ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und lädt zum Joggen, abendlichen Flanieren ein. Insgesamt ein top Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Wohngegend, in der ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt habe - auch wenn ich nachts mal mit dem Hund raus musste. Ich habe zwei sehr schöne, erholsame Wochen in der sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, mit netten Willkommens-Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank - sogar ein Strauß frischer Tulpen zu Ostern :-). Zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten zum Hafen Santa Lucia, wo es Restaurants, Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt. 100% Empfehlung!

Zeer aangenaam appartement

Het appartement ligt in een rustige woonwijk, aan het einde van een doodlopend straatje. Op loopafstand een kleine buurtsuper en leuke restaurantjes. Het appartement is leuk ingericht, wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De eigenaren, Roger en Cathy, wonen boven het appartement, zijn zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en discreet. De tuin is zeer verzorgd en het zwembad heeft een prima formaat. Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad, echt een aanrader!

Rustig gelegen vakantie huis van alle gemakken voorzien

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit vakantiehuis. We verbleven in het onderste deel van het huis. Vragen konden we via Whatsapp stellen, Cathy reageerde altijd heel snel. Huis was zeer compleet. Vooral het zwembad was heerlijk. Vanuit Saint Rafael hebben veel in de omgeving gezien. Op loopafstand een aantal restaurants aan een kleine haven. In tegenstelling tot wat er in de advertentie staat, spreekt de eigenaar geen Engels. Wel Frans en Duits. Dat werkte voor ons ook prima (m.b.v. Google translate). De Wifi is maar op een enkele plaats echt goed. Voor het beste ontvangst moest je in de slaapkamer gaan zitten. We hadden een miscommunicatie over het schoonmaken van het zwembad. Er is een robot om schoon te maken, maar die hadden we zelf moeten bedienen. Dit was niet uitgelegd bij de incheck. We hebben er verder ook niet om gevraagd. Met een goede uitleg over het schoonmaken van het zwembad en betere Wifi zouden we 5 sterren geven. Echt een fijn vakantiehuis.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable chez Cathy et Raymond! Un accueil souriant ce qui fait plaisir. Cathy et Raymond sont très gentils, sympathiques et discrets. L'appartement est agréable, correspond aux photos, vaisselle et couverts en nombre plus que conséquent pour 2 personnes. La piscine et son jardin sont superbes, le tout bien situé proche des commerces et du port de Santa Lucia

Très bel aménagement et piscine impeccable

L’extérieur de la villa est vraiment très bien. L’intérieur et son mobilier est plus modeste. Les ustensiles et la vaisselle étant en nombre limité, le petit lave-vaisselle doit être utilisé plus fréquemment. Le divan lit face à la tv est toutefois très inconfortable pour s’asseoir.
