Waterscape condominiums has a wonderful coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Imagine one of the area's most luxurious beachfront condominiums with every amenity desired, plus three beautiful blue swimming pools, waterfall and a lazy river. Beautiful 1BR/2BA condo at Waterscape Resort with easy access to the parking garage for added convenience. This unit features coastal colors, a king bed in the master with en-suite bath, and fun bunk beds with TVs that kids love. There's also a sofa bed, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and beach chairs with umbrella stored in the unit. Guests enjoy partial ocean and courtyard views, plus amazing resort amenities including pools, a lazy river, and a waterfall.

Upper Courtyard pool and two large hot tubs are heated and open during colder months.

Cleaning, linen and Resort fees are included in our pricing under "Host Fee".
We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security/damage deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 1day after check-out.

The unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. There are additional fees for 5th and 6th guest so please make sure you enter the correct guest count at the reservation. We provide guest poll wristbands for the party size in the unit.

We are in the "B" Area overlooking to the Waterscape Courtyard!

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

We offer discounted long term (snow bird rates) stay during Dec-Jan-Feb in this property.

There is no road to pass. We are directly on the beach.

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing either under "Resort Fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

We do not offer beach service, however we provide quality beach chairs and umbrella in the unit that you may use at the beach. You may also rent beach chairs from beach vendor if you so wish.

The unit has great resort and partial ocean views from the balcony. Bunk beds are newly installed and we put memory foam very comfortable mattress to sofa and bunk beds. You will love this condo.

Please note that Waterscape Resort has a heated pool and two large hot tubs open throughout the year. However other pools and waterfalls may be under maintenance during off season (November-February)

The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures.

All mattresses are upgraded and are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed has a 5 inch memory foam cool gel mattress.

We provide Pack n' Play for kids. Pack n' Play does not have a mattress or linens in the unit.

Two adult size beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests

We offer a combination Keurig and regular coffee brewing machine. Please bring coffee and filters.

You will have access to the Resorts many amenities and of course to our beautiful 4th floor condo.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo

I am only a phone call away if you would need me. I usually get back in an hour, if not right away when a guest calls.

The waterpark within the Resort is unique and one if its kind. You and your family will make memories that will last. Our condo is very clean and in the best location of Waterscape Resort. You are close to parking, close to the pools and close to the beach!

There is no fixed phone in the unit. Cell phone coverage is very good for all carriers.

A car is not necessary but recommended.

Just walk south enter through the glass doors of the 4th floor until you see another elevator on your right. Use that elevator to go to first floor and. Exit through first floor and voila! You will find yourself at the entrance of the beach! Enjoy....
