Beautifully decorated and very well equipped studio of 24 m2 on the top floor of a residence with lift, close to all amenities with direct access to the beach at 30m. Air conditioning, large terrace with side sea view, kitchen redone, washing machine, internet with wifi. A little cocoon for your holidays. Located on the right bank, close to downtown and shops while being quiet.
