Awesome Home!

We really enjoyed our stay. 30 minutes to Bowmans Beach… and close to everything. The house was super clean and they had a welcome gift bottle of wine. Adorable Easter decorations were out and the house was well stocked with extras like paper towels, laundry detergent, and even complimentary toothbrushes and shampoo in the bathrooms.

Ideal location and home!

This was our favorite stay in Fort Meyers. The home is immaculate and capable of large family. The pool with golf course view was our favorite hangout!

Some problems this time

We stayed at this property last year and you can review my rating on the website. This time we had some issues with the pool and with a blocked sewer. These problems took longer than they should have to get resolved and did impact our holiday. In the end, however, they were resolved to our satisfaction. All in all still a great place to stay.

Great location!

We enjoyed being on the golf course. The view was great! We enjoyed the country club dinners and events.The house was very clean and well supplied, especially the kitchen.The pool was wonderful! Perfect outdoor space with the covered lanai.The beds could be updated, especially the Queen in the 2nd bedroom.Nice living room and a big TV were great. The host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

Great vacation property

We had a great three week vacation at your beautiful house in Cape Coral. The property is as advertised in VRBO. The house was spotless and well stocked. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas were all terrific and well used by us! The setting, backing onto a golf course was nice and quiet. Our host Marzena; Lloyd, the property manager and the pool guy were all terrific, very responsive and friendly. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, which was great for walking in the morning and it is also very close to Publix, Target and Walmart for all your shopping needs. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Nice Home that is CLEAN!

This home fit our needs for my wife and I and our son and his wife. The place was clean and that is the most important thing for my wife. The pool is lovely. Just all around a nice home.

Nice house

We enjoyed our trip. The owner is very attentive. Very much a cared for property. Inside is pretty nice. Nothing was broken or dirty. Pool area a little dated but clean and functional. I stress a very clean house. We usually vacation as a family out of the country. This was our getaway from the northeast cold prior to a longer trip in a few months to the islands and it served its purpose. It’s priced appropriately in my opinion. Obviously some houses in the area are priced higher and some lower. Nothing was broken or neglected. Overall I would definitely stay again. Location on the golf course was fun. Constant action to watch the guys hit. But it was still very private. Thanks for a nice family spot to stay.

A little piece of paradise.

Beautiful, clean home with a view that I never grew tried of. Could sit on the lanai or float around in the pool all day. So relaxing. Well stocked kitchen (I did need to pick up measuring cups & measuring spoons at DollarTree)No big deal. Bed comfortable. First house in the seven yrs we have been snow birds that supplied toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries. Only small problem we had was when we tried to add an additional five days at the beginning of our stay and after we got the OK couldn't make contact between VRBO and the owner to get it done. Was on the phone numerous times with no luck. Would not stop me from recommending this home or owner.
