Close to Interstate 4 and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando and Tampa airports and attractions, less than 15 minutes from Legoland!! Also within a short drive from world famous antiquing at "The Barn" in Lake Alfred. The Tri City area of Lakeland, Auburndale and Winter Haven offer safe revitalized down town corridors with beautiful architecture and many independent shops, boutiques and restaurants. Many local activities including fishing, birding, hiking/biking, spring training baseball, beaches, theme parks and more.

Family Birthday

I rented this house as a base for me and a couple family members to help my mom celebrate her 80th birthday. It was wonderful. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect location. Anytime I’m back in the area this will be the first lodging option I will look into.

Blue Heron Stay

We enjoyed our month in Auburndale and at this home. The pictures and description of the property are accurate. Everything was there we needed. It was basically a quiet location, comfortable and safe. The outside could use some upkeep. Owners automatically refunded a couple days when work was done on the home. We would definitely stay again.

The property (especially the outside) needs better maintenance. We were just three guys in town for a soccer tournament. We basically just needed a place to sleep and shower. No complaints.

Great location/ newly remodeled home

House was beautiful, great location, very well stocked. I would definitely stay again and recommend family and friends. I would suggest a good outdoor pressure washing for all the lake bugs. It was overall satisfactory!

Private Lake House

Private newly remodeled house. Perfect location while attending the spring RussMatt College Baseball Tournaments . We loved the front porch watching the sunset at night.
