Our modernized home is perfect for those who are looking for charm and convenience. Our early 1900's refurbished home contains four units. Two of those units have 2 bedrooms and the other 2 have a single bedroom. This unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath. We can be rented by unit or the entire home. We offer a kitchenette with basic amenities (Full kitchen coming soon). The backyard has a sitting area and a grill.

Beautiful property, wrong room

We chose the BRH for a weekend getaway and when we arrived we found it a beautiful home! However, we were given the wrong room, we reserved unit #3 and were given access to unit #2. I quickly emailed the property manager with no reply, she had sent an email previously to my message but it did not come through to my inbox until we had spent a night. Unit #2 would be great for a small family, but not for a weekend getaway. A simple apology from the property manager would have made things better, but even after emailing her after our trip she made no mention of the mix up. My biggest complaint is the beds, the have a waterproof mattress cover on them that is directly under the sheets so every time you move it is quite loud and would wake me up. BRH is lovely and if there had been better communication and we were given the correct unit this would have been our go to place in Boerne.

Great alternative to a traditional hotel

This was a much better alternative to staying in a conventional hotel. Enjoyed using the common kitchen area, but was not sure how to deal with the dirty dishes. Could have used a small dishwasher to sterilize and clean the dishes instead of lukewarm water in the sink. Had to carry a pan full of hot water from the room to the kitchen in order to wash the dishes. Ran out of paper towels, so we went to Walmart and replaced them. No big deal, but you could have put another roll or two under the sink. Towel bar in the room fell off the wall on the first day, but again no big deal. Freezer on the mini fridge was so iced over that the door didn't close and our ice cream melted. On the good side, room #3 was spacious with a very large bathroom including a nice walk-in shower. There were only 4 rooms in the building, so that was also good. I figured someone would come check on the building at least once during our stay, but maybe that is the nature of vrbo for the owner to leave you alone. Would stay there again, but would like to think the owner or manager is checking things out once in awhile. Still giving it 5 starts despite the minor inconveniences.

Very Nice Property

The property was very easy to locate and very close to all the Boerne hot spots. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Our home has a beautiful backyard for all events, weddings, and to just relax. The front porch has a couple of rocking chairs to enjoy the fresh air whenever you need it. Our property is within walking distance to downtown Boerne and the creek for a stroll. Each unit has its own keypad lock and washroom.

What makes this property unique

We offer rides from the airport and to the airport for an additional cost. All your party planning or wedding needs can be planned by our terrific planner. Almost anything you request can be provided with in reason. If you would like to suprise your loved one with a special gift in your room then that can be arranged. We have mini fridges in the rooms so if you need groceries picked up and arranged in the the room then we can accomadate you. We are here to make your business trip, staycation, or family trip as relaxing as possible.
