I did not stay!

I did not stay. The house was musty, with stained bedding, and unsafe for a women traveling alone. The yard was a mess with plywood instead of a garage door. It looked nothing like pictured online. I would not even give it 1 star but had to to write a review.

Centrally located in the beautiful Hill Country

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the lower rates during the week, making the mini vacation post-retirement more affordable. The property manager, Destiny, was extremely welcoming and even brought me a card and a bouquet of flowers for my retirement when she learned of it. So thoughtful!! We loved the back patio, which was very peaceful and being in Boerne where we could easily walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen with TV was great for meals we brought, so we wouldn't have to eat out all the time. Overall a wonderful experience, and we would stay here again.

Love this place

Its all that is advertised and more. The feel of this place is very comforting and welcoming. Its right by the river and close to main street, the back courtyard is a nice little spot. There are four rooms in the house and a shared kitchenette common area. We didn't hear and rarely saw our house mates at all. Very private and cozy, we had everything we needed. Cant beat it for the price and convenience. I will be back there for sure.

Great Spot

We loved this room at Andrea’s place! Great setup. Had our own bathroom and even a nice size tv in the room. Common area and breakfast food were great. Would totally stay there again!

Why they chose this property

Our modernized home is perfect for those who are looking for charm and convenience. Our early 1900's refurbished home contains four units. Two of those units have 2 bedrooms and the other 2 have a single bedroom. We can be rented by unit or the entire home. We offer a kitchenette with basic amenities (Full kitchen coming soon). The backyard has a sitting area and a grill. We answer all concerns as immediately as possible and are able to fulfill most requests. We offer to pick up and drop off to and from the airport or events at an additional charge. If you need a party or wedding planner then we can do that as well.

What makes this property unique

If you would like dinner reservations set, special occasions, or your room to have certain amenities or surprises then we can always arrange that to happen based on the desire. We are within walking distance to downtown Boerne and the walking trail around the lake. We also have two different sitting areas outside that focus on relaxation.
