In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort.
