Studio ideally located with magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach in a luxury residence very popular. Bathroom with separate toilet.
PARKING: Garage (box) in the residence. Your car will be safe and you will not need to use it during your stay.
3/4 people maximum.
SLEEPING: A sofa bed system (sofa bed width 130) easily convertible, and a trundle bed for 2 children.
A bathroom with bathtub.
Independent toilet.
A living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace enjoying an exceptional view of the sea.
No smoking.
All amenities are within walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants, seaport, excursions, bus stop, etc ...)

Très bon séjour

Quelques petits bémols : La place de parking qui est à 350 m du logement n'était pas précisée dans l'annonce, manque un store sur le balcon, propreté vaisselle et grille-pain limite et petit souci de clim. Sinon le studio est bien placé et Nathalie est très agréable et disponible.

Très bon séjour à Frejus

Studio devant la mer avec commerces a proximité: Casino, Lidl, Leclerc, marchés nocturne, boulangeries, Basic-Fit, glaciers, fast-food (burger king & Mcdo), restaurants à bas prix et à prix plus conséquent dès qu'on approche Saint-Raphaël. Le logement est propre avec une cuisine équipée et la climatisation qui est un gros plus en période Estivale. Balcon face à la mer. C'est un studio qui est parfait pour un couple avec max 1 enfant car avec 2 enfants c'est un peu plus compliqué niveau place. Très bon séjour et souvenirs avec de belles balades sur le vieux Frejus. Je conseille vivement !

Absolutely cool! Magnifique!

1. Balcony looks on the beach, view is magnificent! Appartement—> beach = 2 minutes max. The sand on the beach is very clean, unlike the sand on the beach on the other side of the port, where there are lots of sticks and other garbage inside the sand. Rescue team is on the beach just below your balcony, which is also cool! 2. Very very clean! 2 big beds, excellent air conditioner, all necessary equipment available 3. Great owners - extra friendly, very helpful and caring! 4. Perfect position of this building: it is in the very end of the quay, so no people walking around, no people on the beach, no bars or discos on the ground floor, no crowds of youth at night below your windows. As quiet and peaceful, as 1st line of the beach can be (still some youth rides their bikes and scoots all the long of the quay in the evenings, but brings almost no problem at all). 4. Closed parking (no key = no entry) - 3m wide, 4m long; just 3 minutes walking time from the apartment. It is always cool in the car even when it is oven outside. 5. Big food shop “Casino” at 2 minutes walking time and an enormous big moll at less than 10 Minutes driving time 6. very recommended if you want to be very close to the sea and you are ok to be in a really small, but very comfortable appartement!!!

Appartement très propre dans un cadre exceptionnel avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle ! Pas de bruit malgré la proximité des commerces et des animations. Terrasse très sympa et la résidence est d’un très bon standing. Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture car proche de toutes les commodités (restaurants, plages, club de voile, port, commerces..). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la charmante propriétaire “Nat“ soucieuse de notre confort. On reviendra avec plaisir !
