You will occupy the 1st floor of the villa of 170 m2 including:
- A large and luxurious kitchen open to the living room opening onto a very large terrace facing south overlooking the garden and pool.
- 2 bedrooms with double beds, master bedroom sleeping 180, a second bedroom sleeping 160 plus a convertible and a 3rd bedroom with convertible sleeping 140 with terrace of 50 m2 in the shade ideal for napping. New bedding exclusively.
- A large and luxurious bathroom with toilet, a shower room and a separate toilet.
The garden level is unoccupied so you will have total enjoyment of the property: garden barbecue pool ....

A perfect example of living in the south of France in the small town of La Gaude Step on it

The host was very responsive. He provided a brief orientation of the place and everything that was described in the listing was freely available. It is a secluded property down a steep hillside at the end of a road where there is other traffic. In the morning and throughout the day at the pool, you basically hear no sounds. You have a broad view over the valley below

Relaxing sun soaked week

Enjoyed a very relaxing week at this property. We were seeking peace and quiet after a challenging year, and found it! The owners are onsite. They live downstairs but were totally discrete and we did not see them at all, the shutters that face the pool were closed throughout our stay. Valentin was super responsive whenever we had a query, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Our three teens shared the second bedroom, one on the sofa bed. The third bedroom was made up for us but was rather small and also housed the boiler. It isn’t shown in the bedroom images. The beds, including sofa bed, were comfortable. The air con was efficient (and needed during our week). The apartment was very clean really well equipped, there were even some items in the fridge for us already as well as a Nespresso machine and coffee pods. Ample tea towels and dishwasher tabs were a nice touch, so often missing in other holiday properties! The fresh Turkish towels for the pool were really appreciated as often when flying it’s hard to bring extra. The pool was fabulous, exactly as the pictures show. We spent most of our time there! All in all a fabulous holiday. Recommend.

The Villa was amazing, the host was great! It had everything we needed, they even gave us a high chair for my 1 year old to use. Will definitely use this place again when I visit next year!

Tolles Anwesen für entspannte Ferien mit der Familie!

Ein wunderschöner Ort, um einen herrlichen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Anwesen ist sehr großzügig und ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind prima! Der große Salzwasserpool ist wirklich fantastisch. Es sind alle Dinge vorhanden, die man für den täglichen Bedarf so braucht inkl. einem großen Weber-Gasgrill und einem Pizzaofen. Das Gastgeberpaar und insbesondere der Sohn sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Insgesamt ein toller Ort, um entspannte Ferien zu verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Des vacances merveilleuses - merci beaucoup!

Traumferien mit Flair

Wir haben traumhaft schöne Ferien in dieser exklusiven Bastide verbracht! Dominique und ihr Mann sind perfekte, wundervolle und herzliche Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam und stets mit vielem guten Tips zur Stelle gewesen. Wir haben exklusive Privatsphäre geniessen dürfen und haben es trotzdem sehr geschätzt, dass die Gastgeber auf dem selben Grundstück wohnhaft waren und jederzeit für Fragen in Reichweite erreichbar waren. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten versehen! Der Garten ist ein Traum und das Anwesen ist absolut friedlich und ruhig gelegen. Sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder sind vor Ort und der Pool ist ein Traum. Einfach ein Ort zum Abschalten und geniessen! Wir haben es sehr genossen :) VIELEN DANK!!

Beautiful property and villa

Lovely hosts and beautiful property - it is very high up the hill and getting into the driveway is a bit steep but very typical for a France place in the hills - i would highly recommend if you want a nice pool and a chill/clean place

Séjour parfait!

Notre séjour était merveilleux. Le lieu est magnifique et la maison est encore plus belle, accueillante et confortable que le laissent penser les photos. Nous avons pu profiter de toutes les installations, notamment du jardin et de la piscine, très bien entretenus. La Bastide des Oliviers est de même très bien située : La Gaude est un village calme, agréable et paisible, tout en restant à une distance accessible en voiture de Nice, de Cannes ainsi que d’autres lieux touristiques beaux et intéressants. Mme et M. Moretto sont adorables et nous ont réservé un accueil impeccable : nous laissant parfaitement à l’aise (comme si nous étions chez nous !), tout en étant toujours à notre disposition et en ayant constamment des petites (et grandes) attentions à notre égard. Nous avons rarement rencontré des hôtes aussi sympathiques et à l’écoute. Notre séjour n’a comporté aucune fausse note, et nous espérons pouvoir revenir à la Bastide dès que possible ! Allez-y les yeux fermés, nous vous le recommandons du fond du cœur.
