Heritage home in a quiet neighborhood steps from the sea, with expansive views of the mountains, English Bay, Stanley Park. Located between the University and Downtown (10 minute drive to each). Less than a 5 min walk from transit stops, grocery stores, a number of parks & beaches, restaurants & cafes. Kitchen and dining room get a lot of natural light which flows throughout the open & spacious main floor. 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. See pictures.
