THE PROPERTY
This lovely apartment is located in the town centre and the beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot! The main square with bars, restaurants and shop is only 1 minute away. Although the area is very central, it is also generally quiet.
The flat includes:
An entrance-living room with 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan;
There is also another bedroom with a double bed, including night stands, wardrobe, ceiling fan and TV;
A small but comfortable kitchen offers a fridge, microwave, induction hob;
A toilet with shower;
The small outdoor area has a sink, washing machine and drying rack.
This cental, 65 square meters, ground floor apartment is a perfect solution for those looking to spend a their holidays in serenity, without the need to use a car. However, free street parking is available within walking distance. Certain areas of the village offer free wi-fi. Public transport is available from Lecce, I will be happy to advise on this.
