Mountain View Townhouse

Upon entry into this lovely townhome you will walk into our open concept living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, the half bath, and the updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. Up the stairs on the middle floor you will find 2 bedrooms, and the fully stocked laundry area housing a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom ensuite houses a king sized bed, flat screen TV, newly updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private South facing balcony looking towards Main Street and the Carson National Forest. The guest bedroom features it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. Now if you continue on up the last flight of stairs to the third bedroom you will find 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds), a flat screen TV and a twin sized futon for additional seating and sleeping...

This home is complete with Fiber Optic WiFi and satellite TV so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from all the decks/balconies and is located a hop, skip and a jump from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a ski trip and loved the location. Short commute to the lifts but then at night we were walking distance to the winery and distillery.

Wonderful Place

This is our 2nd stay in this particular condo. It's clean, has a great layout and all the amenities we need. Good location for those who are skiing (my husband and boys) and very comfortable for those who just want to relax (me). When we book for next year's ski trip, this condo is the first one on the list!

Red River Stay

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay in this very well maintained townhouse! It has everything you need, and then some, for meal preparation. We enjoyed having a fire in the fireplace although there wasn’t much wood available. It has beautiful decor! Just a great place in which to spend time in Red River!

Family RR TRIP 2024

We enjoyed the town of red river and family vibe there. Line dancing was fun at community center. We enjoyed our stay at condo. We cooked meals there and it had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean! They had plenty of fans available which I appreciated!! I would recommend this property for a family vacay!

Pretty Restful Trip

Townhouse was very clean and cozy. Communication with management was impeccable. The only thing we would change is the construction noise and visual aspects of that from next door.

Absolutely wonderful condo with very friendly host

We were really happy with our stay! The condo is super comfortable, especially the couches and chairs. The beds are comfy and cozy, and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Lots of pots and pans for cooking meals, and a nice big kitchen table, and even a small little surprise when we got there. Additionally, we were there with a side-by-side (UTV) and a large trailer, and they helped us find a spot to park it very nearby with no fuss at all. The host was super helpful. Thank you! 100% would stay there again on our next trip to Red River - you won't be disappointed!

The property met our needs quite well. The communications with our host was not great. She indicated that we would hear from her 24 hours in advance of our arrival and that did not happen. Twice we left messages for her to return our calls and that did not happen. Some of the fees were not very transparent.

This is a great spot if you plan to ski. It is away from the crowds, but a simple bus ride to the slopes.

Amazing Red River Experience

We had such a good time. Red River is a great mountain for kids and a great town to hang out for a week. Lindsey is a gracious host. We will be coming back!

Townhome on eastern side of Red River

Three-story Townhome on eastern side of Red River. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. There are only two parking spots. Kitchen was FULLY EQUIPPED! We found everything we needed! Upstairs bedrooms were a bit stuffy, but opening up doors and windows in the evenings helped cool down the rooms. All rooms included fans, which were helpful. The Master bedroom bed was UNCOMFORTABLE, hard, spring mattress that shook whenever my husband moved. My mom and sister raved about the comfort of the queen bed in the second bedroom. The front porch light was out, so walking back at night was difficult up the steps. Great water pressure in showers. I had to reach out to Lindsey a few times prior to check-in and she was responsive and helpful! We did not need to use it, but the washer was full of towels and water when we arrived, then we found a handwritten note that it was broken and repairman had been called. Wi-fi was slow and glitchy.

Our 1st time to Red River

This condo accommodated our whole family and it was within walking distance to Main Street and just a 3 min drive to the main ski area. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances although the microwave did not work. The beds were not very comfortable and the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain very well. The bathrooms had a mildew smell and the shower with the sliding doors had mold growing between the doors. The master bedroom also had a large spot in the corner from a water leak. Other than those minor issues we enjoyed our stay and loved Red River.

Red river Christmas vacay

Red river has a small town feel with everything within walking distance from the property, even the ski lifts! The property was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were even spices and coffee. The basket of snacks was a big hit with my teenagers thank you! We would definitely stay here again.
