With on-site beach access, you'll be a 10-minute walk to the beach, while family-friendly attractions including a water park and arcade are within a 10-minute drive.

By booking this getaway, you'll be granted access to four lighted tennis courts, 11 pools (five heated seasonally), a mini-golf course, shuffleboard, a playground for the kids, a fitness center, and a beach clubhouse with a pool, an on-site beach bar, and grill, just a short walk from this charming vacation rental. You'll also have on-site golf cart rentals. This gated community is an oasis of luxury!

Come home after a fun-filled day, order a pizza, and relax while watching TV on the large flatscreen.  Or throw a steak on the gas grill and dine alfresco with a frosty beverage. The fully-equipped kitchen offers standard comforts like a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. An L-shaped bar has plenty of space to spread out a breakfast buffet or fresh seafood dishes for dinner. Head upstairs to three rooms, a full bath, and a 3/4 bath. The front room has a king-size bed, and use of the full bath in the hall. The middle room has a queen-size memory foam bed and a twin over full set of bunkbeds. This room and the back room, which has a queen-sized Sleep Number bed, share the updated 3/4 bath. All bedrooms have their own TVs.

Head out to the beach and try your hand at parasailing or wave-running, or take your own chair and umbrella and catch some rays and watch the surf roll in. Visit local attractions like Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not or head to Pier Park for a day of shopping and eating. You've never experienced a Gulf Coast vacation quite like this one. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
