Neuvas house full of charm 5 minutes walk from the port of Erquy, the beach, the center and Cape. Located in a typical area on the heights of Erquy facing south. House with small garden and terrace overlooking the bay. The house is also composed of a kitchen, three bedrooms including a mansard attic for children or teenagers of average size. Bathroom redone.
Rental only available by the week.

Tolles kleines Häuschen in historischem Ortsteil

Wir (2 Erw. 3 Kinder 10-15) haben den Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll gestalteten und gut ausgestatteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll und wir hatten gutes Wetter und konnten die Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gut nutzen. Mit 5 Personen könnte es sonst bei schlechtem Wetter vielleicht etwas eng werden - besonders im Bad, das Durchgangszimmer zum Kinderzimmer und dem hinteren Garten ist. Die Kinder fanden den Schlafboden unter dem Dach toll. Die Decke ist zwar niedrig, aber sonst ist das Zimmer großzügiger als erwartet. Auch die schöne Terrasse mit toller Aussicht hinter dem Haus wurde in der Ausschreibung gar nicht erwähnt. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nettes Haus in guter Lage, in unserem Fall mit nicht optimaler Wartung. Endreinigung ist nicht inkludiert und unüblich teuer. Info, dass Wifi nicht vorhanden ist, wäre wünschenswert.

Charmante petite maison regineenne

Après un accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, notre séjour dans cette charmante petite maison typiquement bretonnne s est déroulé parfaitement. Cette maison est très joliment décorée, et son jardin se prolonge jusqu'à une terrasse surplombant Erquy et ses belles plages.
