About this property

Dockside 205 at Dockside Condominiums – Everything you could possibly want in a perfect beach getaway! Dock Holiday is a newly-renovated up-scale waterfront condo in Dockside Condos, just a 3-minute walk from the sugar sand beach, the beach walk, restaurants, shops, night life, and more. The views are spectacular, and you will enjoy watching the dolphins and manatees from your dining room window and balcony. We provide a beach wagon so that you can easily transport items to/from the beach!

The condo includes all the conveniences of home -- plus some! It's perfect for two couples, families, or a single or couple who like extra space. The master suite has a King-size bed and the second bedroom has two Queen-size beds. The living room also has a comfy sleeper sofa. The bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the kitchen/dining room/living room, so perfect for privacy. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers, flat-screen TVs, and night stands. One bathroom includes a tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower. There is a hotel-style safe in the unit and you can set your own pass code.

The fully-functioning kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to make your own meals or enjoy take-out food from any of the several nearby restaurants. A full-size washer and dryer, large closets, a flat-screen TV with Roku streaming, a DVD player, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and free parking are all included. The swimming pool and sundeck overlook the bay and are shared with the Clearwater Beach Hotel next door. A grill is also available for your use. Our cleaning personnel follow all CDC cleaning and sanitation procedures.

We also supply beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels that you are welcome to take to the beach or pool.

NOTE: We also own the condo next door “Dock of the Bay” (Dockside 204). If you have two families or four couples traveling together, rent both condos to double your space and double your fun! Great little gem in Clearwater.

A little peace of heaven

We stayed here for 4 nights and just wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Beautiful Condo, the owners have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My favourite part was sitting outside on the veranda having my coffee overlooking the stunning bay. The owners were very quick when it cane to replying to messages. Can’t wait to return next year!

Great Condo

Amazing Stay!

Dockside Holiday is one of the best! The condo was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. The appliances were updated and everything worked really well. The mattresses and pillows were high quality which is a big plus when you travel. The condo unit is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and is located bayside to provide quiet. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a great stay at Dock Holiday! Kit checked on my family multiple times throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going well. The location was perfect and was an easy walk to the beach and there was even a wagon provided with an umbrella and beach chairs! Our family loved walking to multiple restaurants and shops, especially the ice cream shop on the corner! The condo was decorated so nicely and it was great having a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer in the residence. We were very sad to leave and will hopefully be back next summer. Thank you for a great stay!!

Vacatation: Pictures dont disappoint. Very clean, spacious and walking distance to beach. Owners thought of everything that is needed,from beach chairs to towels and all the amenities that would be needed for this stay. A nice welcome hospitality basket. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. When we come back will definitely stay here again. Owners are easy to communicate with. Thanks for making our stay here enjoyable and memorable.

Amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The location, cleanliness, check in, and communication with the host - everything was superb. The condo is also very well stocked and had everything we needed plus more during our stay. We have a 1 1/2 year old, and there was a high chair, pack and play, and even utensils and plates/bowls/cups for him! We loved the private dock, where we were able to fish and hang out to watch the dolphins! We hope to return and definitely recommend to others who are traveling to Clearwater.

Beautiful condo with great bay view

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our vacation so much we returned. The condo is impeccably decorated and stocked with everything you need. The view of the bay is spectacular and you see dolphins almost every day. Its a short walk to the beach. The owners are extremely responsive and very nice! We are happy we booked next year!

Family Vacation

We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids. Dock Holiday was exactly as described and so much more. The check in and check out was extremely efficient. The welcome basket was very nice. The view was beautiful from the front sitting area and we loved the chairs provided for sipping our coffee and watching the dolphins. We recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

I am very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. This was the first vacation where I was able to relax and enjoy my stay because it was super clean. They provided us with so many amenities that we would have had to purchase...such as beach towels, a wagon, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, and even dish soap and laundry detergent! We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay

We've stayed in this property for three years now and once again, we were very happy with our stay. Kit and Gary are very quick to respond for any questions or concerns. The property is clean, well decorated and has all the comforts of home. The location is great with a direct view of the bay where you can watch fish jump, a variety of birds and dolphins swim. Awesome place!!

Perfect getaway to Clearwater Beach for couples or families. The owners thought of everything...from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. The beds were so comfy. Best sleep we've ever had on vacation!! We so enjoyed the sunrises and view from the deck...our favorite place to hang out at the start and finish of every day. Close to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere!! The food in Clearwater Beach was amazing every time!!! We can't wait to come back and rent both condos with our families. Well done!!

Gary and I are from the Midwest and knew that once our kids were off to college that we wanted to live someplace warm during the winter months! We had visited Clearwater Beach several times over the years, so chose to rent a condo for a month back in 2012. We liked it so much, we rented for three months the next year and five months the following year. At that point, we knew that Clearwater Beach was where we wanted to stay, so we bought a house on North Clearwater Beach and now live there nine months of the year.

Why they chose this property

In 2017, we decided to invest in a condo that we could use when family and friends came to visit, plus rent out to guests looking for a great beach vacation and/or to check out Clearwater Beach for a potential winter vacation spot, just like we did years ago. We looked at several buildings, but selected Dockside Condominiums because of its superb proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, marina, and other local attractions. We renovated that condo and named it Dock of the Bay. That condo was so popular, we bought and renovated the condo next door in 2019 and named it Dock Holiday,

What makes this property unique

The first thing we did after purchasing our condo was to hire a carpenter to do a major renovation and an interior designer to create an upscale "beachy" concept. We are thrilled with the results and hope you will be too! The patio, pool, sundeck, and dock all overlook the bay. You'll see gorgeous sunrises and dolphins playing right from your dining room window!
