Beautiful condo just minutes from the beach!!

You and your family/friends will enjoy this three bedroom, two bathroom condo professionally decorated, end residence overlooking the pool. The atmosphere at Bonita Village is relaxing and close to everything you will want to do on vacation. Bonita Beach is just 180 seconds from Bonita Village or there is plenty of shopping, movies, and restaurants at Coconut Point Mall just 10 minutes away. Miniature golf is just across the street.

Hang by the pool and enjoy the Poolside Chickee Bar, The Groggy Frog, which offers casual lunches and beverages during season and busy weekends. There are two spas for you to enjoy and a state of the art fitness center. If you are ready for a game of pool, we have that available also in the Island House club.
A complimentary shuttle will take you to and from the beach if you would like to access this option.

There are numerous restaurants in the area or Mercado is a short drive on 41 as is downtown Fifth Avenue in Naples. The Twins and Red Sox spring training is within a 30 minute drive. Naples Zoo and many other activities are close by.

Amazing!

This place was amazing! Check in was super simple and the place was perfectly clean when we arrived. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is beautiful and the view of the pool from the patio is great. The building is located right by the big pool and our kids loved it, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo in Bonita Springs

Beautiful condo with everything you need while you’re away. Every last detail is thought of so you feel like you’re at home. The pool and bar area is amazing and staff were friendly. The whole complex is clean and beautifully maintained. Loved our time there.

Place is amazing

This place is beautiful 🤩 from the pool with an amazing waterfall, the balcony is screen in, kitchen very equipped, bedrooms are very roomy, and the bath tub ready to relax. Beach is not far from the condo, Is about 10 min away. Lots of pizza, restaurants, and Publix. Everything you need is nearby. Less them 5 min. Definitely renting this place again. 😊😊

Great place to escape winter

We have stayed at Bonita Village several times and enjoyed all the property has to offer. This was our first time in this lovely condo. We would definitely stay in the unit again. It is decorated nicely, clean, and has everything you need. The owner was helpful with questions. 5 stars!

Spacious and nicely decorated condo in a great location! Carol was a great host, quick to respond. The zero entry pool, tiki bar, and well-equipped gym were very nice anenities.

Great stay

The property was well maintained and the decor was nice. Overall an excellent stay with two caveats: it was sometimes loud at night due to neighbors and traffic on the nearby street (nothing earplugs couldn't solve), and the elevator was slow (tip: taking the stairs was a lot faster). The pool and hot tub on-site is nice and good for kids of all ages.

Lovely vacation

This condo is beautifully decorated, with quality bedding, furniture and decor, truly a home not an rental. The property is beautiful have stayed here previously, the condo has literally EVERYTHING for a beach vacation, chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, usually end up spending a half day acquiring these items to be comfortable at the beach, not here! Thought put into everything! Wonderful vacation thoughtful owners, Thank you for helping this family make memories.

Great place close to the beach

This was probably the top VRBO property we have stayed at. Communication with the owner was perfect. Condo was exactly as described and very well appointed with everything we needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. Pools were lots of fun and the beach was easily accessible via the shuttle or car. We definitely look forward to staying in Bonita Village again!

Great Getaway

Carol's condo is awesome. It is an easy 30 min. ride from the airport. Access to the unit was exactly as Carol indicated in her email. The unit itself was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including paper products, kitchen supplies (condiments, saran wrap, storage bags, etc.) which was really nice. There were plenty of towels, a cooler to use by the pool...really, the unit had everything. The screened in area of the unit was also great for relaxing. It was slightly noisy given that the unit is right off a busy road but it wasn't a big deal for us. The pool area is resort like with wait service, a bar and some simple food options. If in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely IDEAL!

The entire gated, clean, and manicured property is beautiful! This unit is perfectly updated with cute, tasteful, beachy decor. All of the comforts of home - away from home! Our family of five (three boys ages 6, 12, 13) had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, laundry is a huge bonus, plenty of towels in the clean bathrooms. Even had access to other personal items like pool toys, bikes, coolers. The pool area is so much fun - great zero-depth area and a pretty waterfall. The game room with TV and pool table kept our kids and their 6 cousins busy after pool hours. The location is a short walk to mini-golf, souvenirs, and gift shops. The beach is just down the road - a bike ride or short drive. The folks that live here year-round are the nicest, most fun bunch of people. They provided live music for our big group of 19 on the pool deck on Christmas Eve! We loved staying here and have a hunch that we'll be back again!

Family Fun!

Artfully decorated, and extremely cosy condo. It was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable especially in the master with the en-suite. Having a two and a half year old with us we could not be more pleased with the pools, toys, and especially with the gated community this condo was in. It felt like a very safe environment for all of us. Thank goodness for the beach shuttle because the traffic is very busy in this area. Definitely one of our best stays. Would consider coming back again.

Spacious super comfortable apartment in upscale neighborhood

Had great vacation weak in this comfy large full of all necessary items condo; quiet surroundings, warm clean pool, 7-10 min of drive to beautiful beach.
