Lovely caravan in quiet and beautiful spot. Easily accessable with a car to all main attractions in the cairngorms, and a cosy place to come back to in the evening.
Clean and quiet park, perfect for our family. Caravan was clean and tidy and everything we needed was provided. Lots of things for families to do near by. Fantastic place for a reasonable price, will be booking again soon

We are just back from boat of garten and our stay was ammazing, beautiful scenery and peaceful, excellent walks and very pleasant locals,we will definitely be back, and the caravan was immaculate
Comfortable accommodation with everything you need for your stay.
Pete the owner was very friendly and helpful . The accommodation is situated close to the woodland and only a short drive away to lots of local attractions.
The accommodation was first class, the site is well maintained and everything you need is either on-site or in the village. Only one little annoyance, getting hit by the pine cone's that got blown of the trees.
Overall, the accommodation and area well worth visiting again. Thanks again 👍
We had a lovely time in the static caravan and were very pleased with everything in it. We had a slight problem about receiving an email from the owner and not managing to get in straightaway and there was no spare key with the site manager. However it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and in fact looked very new. We would definitely go there again.
Caravan was nice and clean and well equiped with everything you needed.
Park was quiet which made an enjoyable and peaceful time away.
Would definetly recommend.
There were clear instructions from the host, and we found all the beds made with plenty of pillows, towels etc. The caravan quickly warms up when the heating is on and seemed better insulated than some. There were plenty of plates and cutlery, a good sized fridge for a mobile home, and small libraries of books and DVDs. We knew that the wi-fi was unlikely to work, although the park did have its own system for a modest daily charge, and the 4G mobile network locally is good. The children enjoyed exploring the field at the far end of the site, and we would love to return. The only downside was that our time there was too short.
Perfect location for trips to much busier Aviemore.
Great for walks and biking.
The caravan was lovely and clean with plenty of facilities for a comfy and relaxing holiday.
Nice caravan in the quiet town of Boat of Garten. We stayed here four days as our base for day trips to the Cairngorms, Nairn and Inverness. The caravan was clean and nicely appointed. Just be aware the Wi-Fi is non-existent—never got it to work—and the washer and dryer is in a separate building and cost a total of 9.5 pounds per load. Otherwise all good!
The caravan is dated but in reasonable condition and was reasonably comfortable. It has one shower/bathroom and a tiny toilet cubicle. Not 2. The major problem was lack of any wifi. When I asked the site manager about the WiFi she replied that she had told the owner numerous times to change her advert. When I spoke to the owner she denied advertising 'free' wifi. Well ANY wifi would have been a start. The owner clearly stated free wifi was available. We needed connectivity for our 14 Yr old granddaughter and we needed Email contact with the police regarding an ongoing criminal enquiry. It was only available inside the site cafe:otherwise nada. We could live without the teatowels and the barking dogs at 8 in the morning were a real nuisance. We strongly object to being deliberately misled about the WiFi and will be taking recovery action.
