About this property
Le Vallon d'Armandine: small country nest (2-5 people)
"Le Vallon d'Armandine" is a small, totally independent eco-friendly accommodation (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, garden and large meadow). Perfect for a couple, a family (max 5 people + baby), or 2 to 4 adults.
We did the work ourselves, with eco-materials, old furniture and restored objects ... Retro and peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature!
Are you looking for a bubble to recharge your batteries during your holidays? You found !
If you are a couple, only one room is available, so special pricing: 65 euros / night. Consult us on:
-> auvergneslow. com / the-valley-of-Armandine
Completely private, the accommodation covers an area of 50m2. It includes: a kitchen / living room, a bathroom, a master bedroom (160x200 bed that can be separated into 2 beds) and a small bedroom for up to 3 children and a baby (double bunk bed and extra bed "drawer", wooden baby bed).
The kitchen allows you to be independent for meals (the first shops are 15 minutes away). If you feel like it, I provide the PDJ on request (6 €): I put together a basket of homemade products that I drop you off the day before. You have lunch when you want: we are not a fan of timetables here! And we are flexible too: if parents want to have fun by having a ready breakfast and children eat what they have brought: it's possible! On the menu: homemade or local bread, butter, homemade jams, local honey and everything you need for a hot or cold drink per person.
On the exterior side, guests have a balcony, a garden, a 7000 m2 meadow and nature close at hand!
Our stone house is typical of Auvergne houses. It was built in 1843 by my husband's family and we love the idea of restoring it and living in it while preserving its old soul.
We occupy the old house, while the independent guest room is located in former adjoining agricultural outbuildings.
The two buildings are "connected" by a large panoramic terrace offering a magnificent view of the Auvergne volcanoes, and independent access for guests. No vis-à-vis from the rooms, just the view of the valley ...
