From the perfect location- just steps away from a trolley stop and Pigeon Forge parkway- to the convenience of many dining and attractions -to the sounds of the river you hear the moment you exit your car- to the well maintained spacious gorgeous cabin - the moment you arrive at Shambala you will know right off you picked the perfect place to spend your vacation and family time. Shambala is 5 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms being represented by the loft overlooking the living room and kitchen. There is also a set of bunk beds in the gameroom nook for additional sleeping options. Shambala has 3 bathrooms, with 1 bathroom on the main living and 2 on the second level. Shambala has a game room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, and connect four game. Enjoy a game of pool or relax on the couch or recliners while watching your favorite shows on the large screen television. You tube Tv is provided on the smart tv,s and feel free to bring your personal passwords for additional channels. For cooking meals, Shambala has you covered with a well equipped kitchen. The large custom dining table is perfect for game night or enjoy gathering for good meals. Shambala has a pantry area with a coffee pot, additional cookware and serving pieces. In this area is a full-size washer, dryer, iron board, iron and garment steamer. The large spacious windows at Shambala allows for natural light to come in and the river view to been seen and enjoyed. The private property area is perfect to relax at amongst the wildlife on the river and the soothing sounds of the river. Roast hot dogs or make s’mores at the fire pit while taking in all Mother Nature has to offer. Bring your water tubes in the summer and tube down the river, fish or sit your chairs in the river to cool down. Enjoy the park side grill and dining table patio area. Bring your bikes and ride the parkway to the many attractions. Shambala was built in mind for families to enjoy the inside and outside. We would love for you to be our special guests at Shambala. Beautiful place and well maintained

This home is just as gorgeous in person as it is in the pictures and very clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 9 adults and 3 kids. Close proximity to all attractions is a plus. The owners were so helpful and responded almost instantly to any questions. The best for us was the game room since we had a rainy couple of days. We had a pool and shuffleboard tournament with brackets and all. It was so great to have a space for fun and to be all together without having to go out. We had coffee on the front porch most mornings too. Highly recommend!!

Great stay

Beautiful place. Close to activities....we walked to Dixie Stampede. First night we had a campfire. Kids enjoyed Pigeon River chasing ducks and tubing (although river was rather low) We would love to come back to this home! A definitely a 5 star!

Amazing family time

Our family together at the home was needed. My husband just passed away and it was and is very gard in me ,the kids and grandchildren. My husband had made me promise to take everyone to see the Christmas lights and spend time together and we did. The home was spacious and clean and the water in front was amazing and relaxing. We had a wonderful time making memories together I will never forget. The property owners were very nice and compassionate to me and I appreciate them very much. The location of the home is convenient and close to everything. The price was high but it was Thanksgiving week. Thank you for the memories.

Wife and daughters grand kids all enjoyed time in house. Wife said needs steps to get in master bed. Daughter's said suitcase stands all bedroom so as not to put things on floor. Location getting to surrounding not overlying difficult. Overall cost for time in house ok.

Family Gathering/Celebration

We were very happy with this home. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and outfitted with everything you need and could want. There was plenty of space for gathering as well as providing some alone time. I especially enjoyed the front porch where I had my morning coffee. We all enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was better accessorized than any other rental I've stayed in. We found everything we needed. There was plenty of outside space and vehicle parking. We were able to setup a pickelball court. We enjoyed the firepit and our grandchildren enjoyed the river. It was very convenient to other attractions in the area and shopping. I highly recommend this house. Our hosts were very nice and easily accessible via our VRBO account e-mail. We were a group of 11.

Amazing & Adorable property

From the moment you walk in the door you can tell the owners put a lot of thought and TLC into their property. Nicely decorated home and appointed kitchen supplies. Plenty of space and beds to choose from for the family. We've rented a few other VBRO in the area and this location is our favorite.

Week long stay

Beautiful home & surroundings. The river was very relaxing and all the nature right out the front door. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location close to Dollywood & lots of activities. Extremely well kept house and very comfortable after long days out at the ballpark near by. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin & great location

We are local to the area (about 30 minutes away). We have been to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg are for over 50 years. Stayed in probably 20 to 25 cabins in the area over our lifetime. This is by far the nicest, cleanest and space spacious cabin we have ever been in. Linda was a great host! We'll be back-up

Perfection!

Shambala was amazing. We had the best time. The cabin was immaculate, the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever seen! Beds were super comfortable with high end bedding. The decor and extra touches around the property were unreal. We loved getting to sit on the front porch rockers overlooking the creek or sit in the bench rockers or chaise lounges at the waters edge, while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. We made friends with all the ducks. My husband enjoyed fishing right in front of the cabin and even caught trout one night for dinner. It was magical. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate to book this property! We sure do hope to be back again soon!

Excellent Option

Great location in pigeon forge . We typically stay in one of the many cabins available on the surrounding mountains however this time we found this cabin just off the main strip. It was perfect for the kids with the stream just outside your front door and we could walk to the main strip and to many of the local shops. Our daughter left some of her items behind that we did not realize until making it back home , fortunately the owners of the cabin are directly involved with the rental process and they were able to get the items mailed back to us , again a great cabin for the whole family and the best owners/rental group you will find anywhere.

Amazing time celebrating a birthday!

I stayed with my two brothers, my sister in law, two nephews, and my mom for her 70th birthday over New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful time! The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-stacked for making meals, and we felt like we had room to spread out. The location can't be beat. A short drive to everything, plus we walked down to the mini golf place on the corner with no issues. We're already talking about coming back again next year.

Our fondest memories the past 30 years has been coming to The Great Smoky Mountains with family and friends. We know first hand the way the mountains pulls you back in to return for more memories. My husband and I moved to Pigeon Forge approximately 2 years ago from Mississippi and built our first cabin. We now wish to share this cabin with you so that you too may have the pleasure of lasting memories from this beautiful area.
