Condo was very clean and in a good location.

The picture of the property showed it right on the beach. I didn’t realized that this was a multi unit dwelling and our unit was in the back with a partial ocean view. However, I would recommend the property since it was still in a pretty good place.

Perfect family vacation

Our stay was wonderful with no issues. Very spacious and comfortable. It was just a walk across the street to a private beach. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and bonus beach items. Would highly recommend.

Great place, would recommend

Plenty of space overall, couches were more comfortable than the bed in the room with bunk beds. Bathroom space is very limited in the room with bunk beds. Other beds in the unit were soft and comfortable. Great location and proximity to beach! Handicap parking should be moved closer to elevator!

Great beach location

Excellent layout for groups, with three bedrooms, three baths and all new appliances, including washer and dryer. Expansive balcony has very good ocean views. Arrival was confusing as signage was very difficult to see. Parking was adequate. Beds and kitchen supplies need some overhaul. Windows and doors need repair. Pool was not heated.

Could have been 5 Stars if it wasnt for the ANTS

Stayed in the building several times before but first in this room. Good price, great size and location, but the ants, gotta fix the ant proplem. Main room TV went out the 2nd day, but one email and they replaced it same day. The kitchen was equipped well except teaspoons there was only one. Master bedroom closet was being used as storage… maybe I’m being too generous with 4 stars 😊 If they fix these items it’s a great inexpensive place to stay.

Nice location but pictures were a bit misleading. Had to cross a busy street to access the beach. Would recommend more pots and pans in the kitchen and some storage containers. Was very clean. Check in was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay- Memorable Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing! The views and location of this property is what we wanted! Property was clean, lots of rooms for everyone sleep in. The best part it was right by the beach and it was just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be visiting beautiful Destin once again!

Sweet spot

Location of the property was perfect. Just were we like to stay in Destin. The door lock is dumb and kind of difficult to use. The property has an ant issue. Hopefully they get that taken care of.

Amazing Stay! Great retreat location.

Traveling with friends. Needed a peaceful time at the beach. Meditations every morning. The balcony was perfect for the 4 of us. The condo is super spacious and decorated nicely. We loved it so much we added an extra day! It was simple. The had someone checking in the following day but accommodated our request. We could have fit many more people in the condo! Right across from the beach! Great location. We will be back!

Excellent experience

Review I recently had the pleasure of staying in this location and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The furniture comfortable.The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare some meals during my stay. One of the highlights of the apartment was the balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for guests to enjoy. The location of the apartment was another major plus. It was conveniently located near shoppings, restaurants, and entertainment options. I was able to easily explore the surrounding area and take advantage of all that Miramar had to offer, including all water sports like banana boat, parasailing, paddle boarding and jet skis. Overall, my stay in the apartment was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miramar Beach.

Great condo!

The location was great, right across the street from the beach. Great view from the balcony, and on the second floor, so we looked right onto the tops of the palm trees, which we loved. Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels. Great floor plan. TVs were nice. Pool was nice and never crowded, although there were no lights in it, so we did not try to swim at night. Keypad deadbolt was easy to use and we felt secure, plus it was nice that we didn’t have to deal with a physical key or keycard. Kitchen was well stocked except for a saucepan, but I find pots and pans are an issue in any rental. One toilet did run after you flush it, and the microwave door was a bit tricky.(You have to punch up on the door after you close it to get it to run) Closet was stocked with a great selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Walking distance to several good restaurants, and a short drive from several shopping centers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and easy walk to beach. But Would love more places to hang things like towels hooks, over door racks for towels & swim suits. More places to unpack clothes & keep things - needed a dresser in the one room, over the toilet shelves.

May Getaway

We were pleased with the accommodations for the most part. One big negative was that the handicap parking was not located near the elevator. It was all the way in the back of the lot which made it difficult for our family member who has a handicap. Almost never was able to park near the elevator. Had to drop her off and then park the car. Very inconvenient. Also several minor things were in need of repair in our condo (ceiling fan didn’t work, door jam loose in m bath, no exhaust fan in m bath). Kitchen was also lacking in measuring devices & bowls. Great location, & clean.

We absolutely loved the location and it was very nice and tidy. The only thing I would recommend for future is there be more abundance of dishwasher tabs, washing detergent or pods for laundry and dryer sheets and toilet paper/paper towels. Also if you know there is going to be a family larger like ours more bathing towels please. I’ve never stayed anywhere where they were not provided already. With as much money as people pay to be on vacation having to buy all those things also then having to find places to strore on the way home is difficult. But other than those small inconveniences id definitely stay there or recommend to others!

We chose this place due to the close location to the beach. It was truly steps from the sand. We loved everything about our stay. Comfy beds, large living/kitchen area with a wonderful view of the water from the huge balcony. We will definitely be back next year!

A short walk to a beautiful white sand beach and emerald waters!

Took a few minutes to figure out how the lock to the unit worked - some more detailed instructions might be helpful. (Maybe we're just slow!) Condo has some mileage on it but was clean. Plenty of space with three bedrooms and nice to have three full baths. Kitchen could use some potholders, teaspoons, and new pans - some are pretty scratched up. The unit had many small beach chairs which was convenient. Also lots of toys, pails, etc. if you have young kids. Location is great regarding distance from the beach - only need to cross the street and you're there! And you have a private beach with private access through a coded gate. You also have a view of the ocean from the large balcony. Public beach parking and access are right next door so there can be a lot of traffic. Unfortunately had some noisy neighbors in our building who decided to crank tunes one evening in the middle of the night! But overall we really enjoyed ourselves, the weather was fantastic, and the white sand beach and emerald waters were beautiful!
