On the ground level there is a large garage which stores a second refrigerator, ping pong table, and a closet filled with beach items including a beach cart for your use along with a beach umbrella, chairs, floats, and beach toys. An enclosed outside shower with warm water makes rinsing off from your day at the beach super convenient. Out back is a ground level covered patio for lounging, extended patio with a HOT TUB, a weber grill, wood burning fire pit (wood not supplied) and yard for games…prefect for playing cornhole with our custom board set.

From the ground level you can bring yourself and your luggage easily to the upper levels on the elevator!

2nd Floor: The open concept of this floor allows room for all guests to enjoy dining together, sitting in the living room, watching the large flat screen TV, and spilling out onto the pool deck. A large gourmet kitchen with a massive island and ample counter seating for seven has views all the way through the family room and out to the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking tools you will need and for your convenience two dishwashers. Extend the living space outside and enjoy the only elevated inground pool in Sandcastle! Directly off the family room is a gorgeous pool that is saltwater based for softer water and a better swimming experience. The pool deck has both sunlit and shaded areas, perfect for lounging and relaxing any time of day, and is equipped with poolside seating, dining area, and a large flat screen TV. The powder room is immediately accessible from the pool area. **the sliding door to the pool area does have a j-hook to prevent children from accessing the pool without adult supervision**

3rd Floor: Getaway on the exquisite master suite level, featuring two suites both equipped with luxurious king beds featuring high end foam mattresses, perfect for a great night's sleep or watching TV on your large flat screen TVs. The luxurious master baths are spa-like with robes, large showers, and dual vanities. The master suite at the back of the home has its own access to a private screened porch overlooking the pool, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing beverage in the evening. A shared wet bar provides a coffee station, beverage cooler, and rinse sink. Down the hall from the master suites is a full-size laundry room with large folding table.

4th Floor: Three sleeping areas await you on the fourth floor. One king bedroom equipped with a luxurious high-end foam mattress, a flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The queen bedroom also includes the same high-end mattress and a flat screen TV. A huge themed kids' room sleeps 9 with an ensuite bathroom. In this room are two full over full bunk beds, one with a trundle and the other with storage along with lounge seating as well as a large flat screen TV with soundbar and HDMI hookup if you wish to bring a video game console.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Included supplies:Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.
Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
